Greggs — Restaurant in West Devon

Have to say I'm really gutted, as a lover of Greg's it's disappointing that I have always had cold slices, I've come 6 times now since it changed to Greg's and everytime my foods been stone cold

4 months on and still stone cold and when I asked the chap said sorry it is what it is

Date 19th January 2025, and still cold and the service is shocking I asked again about why it's not hot and got no reply I don't know why I thought it would change but I'm done with this greggs and advice anyone wanting anything hot...

Went in wanting some nice hot food after a long journey. I expected the normal Greggs welcome and helpfulness, but no! I asked for 4 sausage rolls, but they only had three. Normally, they would state how long the next batch is going to be but nope. Just said we only have three and stood staring at us. When we did get our food, with a vegan sausage roll to make up the shortfall, I could have used them as ice blocks in a freezer bag. Not up to normal Greggs standard at all....

The food at this Greggs was absolutely fine. Usual fare and reasonable price however..... Dreadful service. The two people behind the counter constantly chatted to each other and as a consequence they could not remember my order, but they did this four times. When they finally took my order it was wrong. Please send staff on a customer service course as regardless of how much a person is spending the service should be far better...
