What part of your job is difficult? 4 out of my last 5 orders have been wrong! The food itself is excellent, and if you like surprises this is the place to go. Other than that your ability to produce food, face to face & deliver what is ordered is below terrible! Are you all completely thick or is there some obvious communication error?
