Funny when clerk advises you on putting the mask on without wearing one in the first place (not mentioning the other staff members and even the delivery driver). Then follows with a silly excuse that she was behind the screen, so was I.... All accompanied by rude attitude.
Response to the owner, after their reply: Just a little advice for the future, how to reply clients over the internet as they seem to forget the customer is always right: You either did not read my review, did not understand it, you are being mislead, confused or mistaken, or lastly you simply lie - the lady with me did not wear a face covering. I did not chose not to wear a face covering - I did not have one. Your "interest of balance, you entered premises where you are required to wear a mask" is somewhat vague considering both of your staff were not wearing a mask. To be more accurate one of them was even serving other clients (going back and forth from the counter to their tables outside) without a mask. Your staff were making remarks in front of other people after I had left. Last but not least - important note for the future - do not post such replies over the internet, I'd recommend apologizing and finding a solution instead. Otherwise It will hurt you and your business more once war with a customer is started. It has earned you more bad reviews now. Unless you want to discontinue - good luck with that. You will never see me again at your "fine"...
Read moreVisited All you Knead for the first time this weekend. My friends and I ordered four sandwiches three of which, according to the menu came with crisps, one of which came with salad and coleslaw. There is nowhere on the menu that states this and we would not have ordered them had we known that we were just having a what transpired to be terrible sandwiches - greasy and made with very poor, cheap ingredients. We all felt conned as it was not mentioned that takeaway orders were different to those inside. We can’t be the first to query this. I will certainly not be visiting again and will actively discourage people...
Read moreI wish I could give this place 0 stars but it won’t allow an added comment with 0 stars. A shocking customer service. Whilst queuing to get my very hungry baby a bite to eat I was rudely asked where my mask was I replied that it’d been lost outdoors and apologised I was then rudely asked again if I were exempt I proceeded to explain no but my child was very hungry crying, again I was rudely replied to “if not expect and no mask, out the shop”
I strongly advice this awful establishment if you are going to heavily implement COVID mask wearing then provide PPE for customers that may have genuinely had an accident of misplacement, or provide an outdoor service where I can still feed my hungry child.
Left feeling embarrassed for simply wanted to give my child...
