Service was horrendous!!!!

Went on the 16th of June and have never experienced such unprofessional and rude service. I had inquired about what icecream the cookie dough had with it, after I found out it had mr whippy icecream with it I asked if I could order just an icecream with a flake instead. When paying she charged me £7.90. I wasn’t told I had ordered cookie dough so was stood around waiting wondering if she did put that order through. I was waiting for a solid 10 minutes without ANY word of communication that I was waiting for the cookie dough, the only reason I did wait was because I thought “£7.90 isn’t right for JUST an icecream”. The ice cream was lovely BUT didn’t have the flake I paid for, the cookie dough on the other hand, most sickly thing I’ve ever had.

During being in the shop the ladies there were more prioritised talking to the lads in the shop and flirting with them then giving other customers proper service (one of the reasons why she had got my order completely twisted). The colleagues there were also cursing and talking inappropriately whilst waiting for the cookie dough I DIDNT EVEN WANT!!!

you may wonder why I didn’t ask any questions, or asked for my flake, or even told them I had been miss charged, the reason why I hadn’t was because the ladies were so rude I believed I was going to get ignored, argued with or not even get a refund for the food. (Or worst case scenario the cookie dough thrown at me 😂)

Never been treated so rude in my life . I think the staff were 16-18 still really childish they spoke in their own language . We waited a good 20 mins parked outside for our order before coming inside to sit down . They kept messing up our pancake and laughing for a good 15 minutes . Messing around so unprofessional I asked them when it was going to be ready then I heard a comment “stop slagging the girl off” as soon as I asked when our order will b ready which was very strange . After all of that they didn’t even put napkins and plastic utensils in the bag...

Went in with my son on the 2nd September to see what the place was about. We drive past a few times but never actually been in before.

The owner was really friendly told me some of the favourites and we ended up buying the reeses waffle and biscoff Sundae.

Wasn't cheap, but for what you get...definitely worth it as you can see in the pictures.

I was struggling to eat the waffle as tasty as it was and my son loved the Sundae.
