Burger King — Restaurant in Winchester

Afternoon,

I am writing to you on behalf of my mother following up a incident that happened yesterday in your store - Winchester, Hampshire service station.

My mum and sister visited the the service station and ordered some food, after waiting 40 minutes and still no food they complained to the staff who were smirking and was laughing at the fact that they was frustrated that they had waited all this time and their food order wasn’t even showing on the screen, the staff were disgusting rude and unhelpful! After being laughed and smirked at with no help or food after waiting all this time my sister demanded a refund as she no longer wanted the food as she was disgusted at how she was being treated! She handled the man working behind the desk her receipt and he slapped her hand!!! I cannot believe that you have such people representing your brand!!! After he done this my mum saw the incident and went over to the counter and shouted at the man for slapping my sister! It gets worse! The same man jumped over the counter and went to attack my mum!!! Other customers had to get involved to stop this from happening!! They have completed a form on site as advised but I want to make sure this is taken seriously and as high as it can go! My sister and mum had my small niece and nephew with them who are now traumatised as are my mum and sister! This behaviour is disgusting and UNACCEPTABLE!! I want someone in the Burger King team to contact me ASAP as I want the CCTV as we will be taking this to the police! I also want to make sure this document completed has been...

Again, I never like leaving negative reviews. I only wish there was something nice to say about this particular Burger King but, the staff in particular was extremely rude. I ordered a coffee and a burger. The Burger was cold and dry and the coffee was barely warm and the cup was only half full. When I approached the young woman with blonde hair (her name was Lemonde or something) I was told "that's just how it comes". I tried to explain it wasn't acceptable but she just started staring at me. . Looking back over the previous reviews, I can see there has been an ongoing problem... I was on my way to Bournemouth for a funeral and it was really unfortunate to have chosen this particular place to take a break. Not normally BK's usual outcome. Hopefully this particular member of staff and establishment will be looked into soon. In the mean time, AVOID!...

Before I ordered, I saw there wasn't any burgers ready to serve. I usually see a couple of the more popular burgers at the ready. I ordered and sat down and my order was ready, already! Then I saw the pale fatty goop of the partially cooked bacon and my anaemic burger that clearly had never seen a flame. The chips were obviously the dregs with plenty of tiny pieces. The food looked nothing like the menu picture. I ordered two double bacon and cheese burger meals as they were on offer for £15 to eat in. I was handed a very small bag that contained both meals, two drinks and no tray. They obviously don't want to clean trays so you just have to struggle. Terrible value at £15, quick but at the cost of quality. Not what I expected at a fast food franchise. The chairs and tables were grotty, and I never noticed any cleaning during our stay for over...
