McDonald's Restaurants Sutton Scotney Northbound — Restaurant in Winchester

This was by far the worst McDonald's I have ever visited in terms of cleanliness and overall condition. The windows were damaged, the seats were ripped, and both the floor and tables were covered in leftover food and debris. It was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority at this location.

The food itself was equally disappointing. My McCrispy was overcooked and tough, and the lettuce in both burgers was limp, browning, and clearly past its best. The fries were soggy and lacked the usual crispness you'd expect.

I rarely eat at McDonald's, but this experience has definitely pushed me even further away. It’s unacceptable for a global brand to allow one of its locations to fall into such disrepair, both in terms of food quality...

Stayed at the Days Inn nearby and had breakfast. It was fast and hot.

I wanted to grab a bite for dinner. The closing time said 10pm and I went in about 9.15. It was blocked off by stands and the lights were off. There was activity in the kitchen itself. Clearing up and cleaning down.

I can understand doing that closer to closing time but there was still 45 minutes to go until the time.

I ordered food using the app and the location services picked up my location A34 Services, Sutton Scotney. The food took forever and then somebody else collected what I thought was mine. When querying why someone else collected it, the app had ordered my food to the opposite side of the A34 (so Southbound instead of Northbound McDonald’s) The member of staff, didn’t care and did not try to help or resolve the situation.
