McDonald's — Restaurant in Winchester

I had an issue with the app, when I arrived to discuss it, 4 staff members had their backs to the desk and ignored us for a prolonged period of time. No one else at the desk. Attempted to get their attention. Once they turned around they continued to ignore us, then eventually turned around ignoring everything I had said and I asked a question. This was then ignored whilst she gave another man that approached food. So into continually ignored then ignored 4 times to my questions. So so rude!! Can’t believe it. On the last point where I was finally addressed, my questions and thoughts were still ignored and the lady continued to offer us the food, in a robot like fashion, saying something irrelevant to my questions, ignoring my attempt to communicate. I got fed up and walked away, my partner collecting the food. Apparently their was a comment about us having a ‘domestic’ as my partner walked away. First of all, this is unprofessional and second of all, no we weren’t having a domestic, I was tried of the blatant rudeness and lack of communication. I was made to feel stupid like I was talking to myself for a prolonged period of time, then finally the server started talking about something completely different. Strange and weird. The man she served was 4 collections below us in the queue so I wasn’t unreasonable to be there trying to communicate regarding the app issue, that we never actually discussed in the end. Especially given we were at the desk on our own and being ignored for a long period of...

Absolutely horrendous, even 1 star is generous. Totally and utterly disorganised, messy 'kitchen' with food lying around the floor, drinks lying everywhere and order slips filled all over. The staff can not keep up with orders, there were Atleast 20+ orders being 'prepared' with half the staff wandering around clueless... SO after a 25 MINUTE wait for a single meal surrounded by Atleast 20+ others my number appears as 'collect', the time has come! I then observe a young McChef nibbling a few chips and then put them in the bag with my burger... EHH, WHAT ARE YOU DOING...!? I made 'Mr Lack of Life skills' aware he had been spotted (mainly because everyone had been waiting so long we were all watching the staff and absolute lack of activity) he then put those chips back to go in another order and picked new ones...Well, I've never been served food anywhere that the waiting staff decide to have a nibble of your PAID FOR food whilst bringing it to you!!! I claimed a refund and spoke to the manager and made her well aware what had happened as McChef disappeared through the back (finishing chewing my chips!) ...So, mr tall, youngster with glasses takes 25 minutes to put a basic burger and chips together then decideds, what the hell, I'll munch a few chips before I put them in the bag... Not sure the food industry is for you... WORST McDonald's I've ever visited...You've been warned... IF A MCDONALD'S AREA MANAGER READS THIS AND OTHER REVIEWS, I WOULD SERIOUSLY GET IN TO THIS BRANCH AND...

Yesterday I visited the McDonalds here, hoping to close a good day with some cheeky nuggets. Oh how I was to be McDisappointed. There was an error with their system and unguided by the divine McSystem I got a glimpse into how Boris Johnson has been able to assemble such an inept cabinet - he recruits from this McDonalds. The only person making any effort was the supervisor who despite the effort was about as effective as sending Princess Diana a get well soon card. The creche in the back of the McShitshow were giggling away at the situation of being 50 orders behind, food filled up but no one seemingly capable of some basic initiative to fulfil an order printed on the receipts in front of them. After 40 minutes of waiting for either food or refund we gave up and left, hungrier, poorer and grumpier for our attempt at McNourishment. I don't expect 5 star service in McDonalds, but I expect people to care and have the ability to read orders from printed receipts and at least try to recover from the situation without seemingly mocking their...
