This has been a regular virtually every day with always a pleasant environment clean tidy and staff friendly. BUT the last 5 visits they never seem to have skimmed milk? It’s a coffeehouse for goodness sake. I get the impression that what skimmed milk they have they keep for specific people as the other day I asked for a skinny latte (x2) with a response from staff we have run out! My wife can only have skimmed which we explained and the staff replied well I can give you one skimmed. What a joke. I went in today in the morning 10:15 and this time the response was we’ve just run out of skimmed. What at 10:15 in the morning please what a load of rubbish. So I left and went else where. First off, drive thru is closed with no explanation so had to go inside. Queue is not obvious and we found ourselves constantly letting other people know we weren’t in the queue. We’ve been a few times now and on all occasions they have not had adequate ingredients in store. Service was slow when the place was quiet and we were ignored by the staff. We ordered an iced latte and a pink drink and the latte came five minutes before the other - when we started wondering where it was, we could see she had only just started making it so three customers that ordered after us got their entire orders first. She then placed my drink onto the counter without saying a word and walked away....
