Update on my last review: Visited today and had a table booked, constantly told 1 minute to the point I went to counter asking for service kindly, to be told someone would be over. Someone came over later when seating someone else and said have you been served when said we are ready they told us they would be over soon. Even the table next to me asked how long we had been waiting which was over half an hour now. Hadn't been advised about Corona, tables were close in places and if you was to turn up in a normal circumstance you wouldn't think Corona had happened other than using hand sanitizer and scanning a QR code on the table. Called and booked another place and booked a table and then left disappointed. Previous review: Food was lovely, unfortunately staff at bar seemed condescending and the refill machine was out of order so resulted to the expensive bottled coke of 3.50. Was cold sitting on outside of the room and was a little messy even though quiet but otherwise a lovely furbished place.

First time coming here. Inside is absolutely amazing very up market. We came around 1600 and was quiet. Ordered a double butterfly chicken burger coated in medium hot sauce with peri chips and an unlimited refill of coke. The presentation was very nice, chips very freshly cooked crunchy and hot, however the annoying thing was, is that they sprinkle peri powder over it but only covered a small amount of the chips at the top, the rest of the chips were just plain. The burger was nicely spiced however chicken was slightly dry. We chose a garlic herb sauce and medium spiced sauce to have with the chips, but they’re both really watery, garlic one wasn’t all that and couldn’t taste any garlic. The medium sauce was nice however like the garlic one it was watery. Would be nice to see a alcoholic drinks menu within the main menu as it only shows soft drinks

Grill-It Stafford Road is a chic place to have a nice dinner. The interior is stylish and welcoming, plus lovely to take pictures for memories. Went in there with hubs for the first time yesterday, and we were welcomed by Val who took care of us our entire stay. The menu had quite a number of options. My only challenge was that most of the meat dishes were chicken, would have loved other meat options. However, I ordered a chicken burger which was alright. Hubs ordered a chicken bowl which was fantastic. It's a dish of spicy grilled chicken with rice and a Balsamic glaze salad. That was awesome! I kept eating from his🙈 Well done Grill-It! And thanks to Val.
