Greggs — Restaurant in Wychavon

Well what a difference......... I've now tried this Gregg's 3 times and each time I have qued out of the door due to only one staff member serving, while others are standing chatting in their native language.

What disgusted me more than anything on my last visit was that they removed all the bacon that was cold, and reheated it. Never again will I order bacon from this place.

The attitude from the manager towards a staff member was also terrible. She constantly ridiculed him Infront of customers making jokes about it too.

Work in the Local Trading estate and have been to this Gregg's everyday for the past 3 weeks (at varied times: 11am, 12:30, 2pm etc) and I always end up leaving with nothing as the selection on offer is depressing. More than half the food shelves are always empty and those that have items are limited to one or two. Zero food in the hot counter section and minimal pasties. Absolutely astounded how one Greggs can consistently have no Greggs in it.

It’s by far the worst Greggs in the country, unless you’re looking for a vegan sausage roll I wouldn’t bother attending.

Staff will happily wait for the entire pasty section to be empty before actually cooking more, I’m no Greggs worker but it seems obvious you would put some more steak bakes in the oven once they start to get low.
