On arrival at 3.45pm we got to the counter kept us waiti g to be served as she was more interned in obviously getting out the door at exactly 6pm.... After working in catering I thought you was meant to thought you was meant to start cleanng down 15min before close ? Not over two hours before.. You could tell the staff had no incentive to be their.... I asked for a filter coffee and she said their wasn't any the machine had been cleaned... So I had a latte and my partner a hot chocolate of which both were like warm.... We then had the delight of ho vaccuing around us after we had sat down.... Felt really unomfortable as she never spoke to us Was chatting with her mate through her headset.. Then to top it all off the delightful blue mop came out it was now 4,05pm... Couldn't wait to get out of their was the only time they spoke and it was with little effort they said thanks.... The miserable girl behiind the counter that served us conveniently had no badge on..... But I sure you can find out who was on rota for Sunday 3rd...

Was asked for cream and I said no. 3 mocha arrived, all had cream on including the coconut mocha... I explained to the young lady they I have I have lactose intolerance and that's why I ordered dairy free. Remade cold and tasteless. Dangerous mistake made. The place was practically empty, yet not a table in the place was cleared of cups and plates, they were filthy dirty, the floor was sticky. Three members of staff were on duty, one standing around admiring the view, one making the coffee and the third there to make up the numbers. The toilets.....well let us not go there.
