Burger King — Restaurant in Abbeville

Since the new managers we're hired around the first part of this year January may be or somewhere around November to February of this year they got rid of all the supervisors all the managers the cooks all of cuz they did not care the managers made that place crap and they did not care that every single and I mean this every single order was wrong even if I told them I was highly highly allergic do onions I cannot have them or they cannot be around or even in the bag they pile them on my sandwich that was the old manager thank you Jesus they fired all of them and got all brand new ones between probably December to January this year and they are absolutely amazing the new the new two managers a Caucasian woman and a Caucasian man morning shift evening and night shift only two managers at any time there's one on there and the other ones that the other shift and they are absolutely amazing and not one of my orders have been wrong in 6 months that place is my best I can go there before anywhere else now only because of those new managers been there still to this day there there would be no customers they had zero the managers were horrible they did not care if the cooks got them wrong every single order they did not get a care at all only the drive-thru people in the front desk people cared the managers were crap thank you Jesus for the new ones the new ones are the only reason that me and my fiance pick Burger King and still go there before any other place it is the number one best right now to my ratings in Abbeville then any other place that's fast food they definitely stepped up their game when they hire those two new managers about I guess 6 months ago around about give or take a month that's that's the best thing that could have ever done they are amazing managers the two that they have now and I mean this they got rid of everyone., they did not care but everyone else that...

This place is absolutely horrible they never have what’s on the menu but today i decided to stop because i wanted to try the How to train your Dragon meal first I paid $15 for 4 cheese sticks a drink and a whopper. The whopper was supposed to be bacon and cheese. I requested extra mayo and extra onions. I get my order I leave get home see no bacon, no cheese on my hamburger no extra mayo no extra onions they gave me the wrong burger. I go back. Ask for the bacon cheeseburger that I was supposed to get extra mayo extra onions please they give me another burger I go to leave decide to check the burger if extra onions is one and a half rings then that’s what I got. Bacon was a piece the size of an inch I go back into the facility and ask the lady for the definition of extra onions. What does it mean? Is it one and a half onion slices she took a hamburger paper and grabbed some onions hand it to me and says here’s your onions. I go to ask about the bacon and she says ma’am if you’re gonna be rude I’m gonna have to ask you to leave all, I was trying to get the burger that I ordered. They’re rude lazy and don’t really care to be working. I was not being rude I was frustrated I admit I will also admit I spoke calmly and clearly and they just didn’t care. Horrible service! I made an order from the app, where I chose to pick up in the drive through to keep safe from being in contact with those who may be carrying Covid. I was told that I would have to come inside to get my order because I just drove up to the window instead of stopping at the order screen, telling them I had an online order. They had my order, but would not fill it until I went inside! Then, they made a mistake and filled the order with fries, when I ordered onion rings. I asked them to change it. The manager said, "I can't. They have to change it!" WHAT???? Who is "they?" She's the frikkin manager! By this time, I was so exasperated, I just took my COLD food and went home.
