Jimmy's Barbecue — Restaurant in Abbeville

Let me just say a few things as the owner of this business:

1. We pride ourselves, meaning myself and my employees, in offering the best service possible! If ever a problem, please come to me and we will make it right!
2. We are grateful and thankful to ALL of our Customers for many reasons, one of which is that they know that we care about them...we consider them a part of our Jimmy’s family, so they know better than to believe such ridiculous reviews as the one below...which I am in the process of finding who (been in contact with Google and will follow up with them again tomorrow...promise I’m not a quitter, so I’ll stay at it until I get some results:)) would make such atrocious, dishonest, childish, and tacky comments!

There were four of us dinning. One friend had the loaded baked potato, one had the chicken salad. My wife had a Stromboli and I had the wings fries and coleslaw. Every one enjoyed the food they had. I liked my wings thought the fries could've been more crispy and cooked longer but that's my preference doesn't mean they weren't tasty. The Cole slaw is good! It's a small place with about seating for 15 to 20 people. There is free parking on the street. They do take out orders although we dined in. We didn't order pizza but over heard several guests speaking highly of it. The staff were friendly and the young lady working the register was a great representation of a friendly face that made us feel welcomed. We would return and plan to return there during this visit...

My son and I come to Abbeville one a year for a three day hunt with a local family. They introduced us to Jimmy's early on and we make it a point to eat there at least once a trip, usually more like twice.

We both absolutely love the wedge sandwiches and the fries. That is our go to meal. I've also had the Brunswick Stew, which also very good. We'd like to try other items, but this is the only place we know to get a wedge, so that's always number one on the...
