This McDonald's is hands down the WORSE! Went through the drivethru tonight to order a sundae and mcflurry, get told to hold please instead of "How can I help you" then 10 mins later the cashier takes our order, he rushes us, doesn't confirm if he heard us so we just drive around instead of sitting at the speaker waiting for a response. We get to the window to see him dancing and rapping to some music. Professional? I think not. To top it off we get to the second window and what appears to be a manger who has a tie on has his shirt untucked, pants sagging, no thank you.. have a good night, nothing. Just hands us our items then when my husband tells him thank you, not even a "you're welcome". I would contact corporate to complain but this isn't the first time we've seen unprofessional behavior displayed at this location before. The whole employee team needs a revamp. I avoid this place like the plague but when you only have McDonald's and Hardee's in the small town of Abbeville your options are quite limited. Do the town a favor and quit hiring these thugs and children who just want a paycheck but don't want to do what it takes to "EARN" it! Your establishment is only as good as it's reputation and sadly we've heard nothing positive since living here...

And just, I understand people can have a bad day, or whatever, right. Read moreI don't believe in giving negative feedback based on just one experience. I understand we are human & we all have a bad day here and there... However, almost every time we go it takes FOREVER, Large drinks have no more than ten thin flat ice cubes, the cheese on the burgers doesn't melt because the patties aren't even warm, VERY impolite/rude employees working at the windows. A good bit of customer service training is highly recommended but a little bit of it is much needed. The employees at the food window just shoves out a bag of food, with NO words or expression and then slams the window to turn and pick up a cellphone shaking her head in a bad mood... It's definitely not a place I feel any type of appreciation. The Abbeville McDonald's has earned my negative review on multiple occasions and its based on the experiences I've personally had with them. The Dothan stores need to make a "how to do your job" tutorial for the Abbeville location to study at the beginning...
