I'm not too big on Mexican food, but my family is. I do like chips and bean dips or a few other sauces, I'm not big on spice my body just can't handle a lot of it. From what I seen my family get and the burger I got it could of been a LOT better with how long it took to get the food when there was absolutely no other person or orders being made. Chips were super stale, as was the taco shells my sister had, my fries were somehow either way over cooked or undercooked. My dad's plate came out and half of his stuff was forgotten, he said his was subpar at best. I knew the rice wasn't true authentic rice as soon as I saw it as my aunt makes true Mexican rice from scratch and I LOVE her rice. I tried some of my sister's and I was right. I came here with my wife a few days ago to eat and fill on gas but realize the pumps were down, bags should at least be put over the pumps so that people are aware there's no working gas. The air vent is disgusting, it is so crusted with filth that the walls are getting coated with whatever is coming out of the vents, I can tell it's not well managed here. The tea tasted like it been sitting there for days, there was no top on it either so I should've gotten a coke the first time round. The only worker (or manager) I saw looked like he was trying his best doing cook and waiting tables. I wish best of luck to this place, will not...

They are obviously overwhelmed with the influx of people, especially in a small town like MC. The salsa was pretty warm (spicy). The chips are phenomenal, probably the best I’ve had anywhere. It’s definitely not typical Tex Mex, which for me is refreshing. Something authentic is nice for a change. This will probably become a regular...
