My experience was at a drive-thru Pizza Hut in Abilene, Texas on 24 Hospital Dr. This was on a Sunday 9/13/22, no visible customers parked outside and nobody in the drive-thru. The drive-thru windows are blacked out. Nobody acknowledged the drive through window, so I honked my horn for service. The General Manager answered aggressively, "Did you just Honk your horn?! That's so RUDE!" and proceeded to tell me I'm lucky I paid for my pizza. My question to Pizza Hut is this the customer service skills taught at your stores? Please train your employees properly on how to handle customer service in a drive-thru. Customers should be acknowledged, lighten those windows the customers can't visibly see if anyone is in there and/or put a bell so we can hear at the window. The pizza had no cheese and barely any sauce. On top of that it was burned. When I talked to the manager on duty she at first refused to refund my money. Eventually, she did agree to do so after arguing with me about it for several minutes and refusing to give me anybody above her to speak to to resolve the situation. She did not have good customer service skills and has obviously not been trained and how to de-escalate a situation. It was the most pathetic situational awareness of a retail manager I’ve ever seen. instead of just agreeing right off the bat and apologizing and giving me what was a $16.68 refund off of a $60 transaction she wanted to argue and continue to escalate...

If a mistake is made with your order, they will not answer the phone. You may get a text back from someone affiliated with the store days later after you've complained to corporate, and they may promise to make you your order at no cost at a time of your convenience.
Sounds great, but then you attempt to order and their call center has no record of it, and unsurprisingly they still won't answer the phone at this location.
Don't usually dispute charges or leave Google reviews, so that should tell you something about this place. Avoid it all costs, because there's plenty of other good options around here, and when it comes to customer service everyone apparently...
