Starbucks — Restaurant in Abilene

I normally have no issues with Starbucks at all which is why it pains me to leave such a negative review. However my experience was just unacceptable, I ordered two drinks one without strawberries for myself and one with strawberries for my spouse as I normally do because I’m Allergic to strawberries. Upon receiving my drink I saw it had a light pink tint to it but figured it was just a reflection and took a sip just to find out they in fact put strawberries in both drinks. I then called the store and was informed to come back to receive another drink and was approached by a very rude employee who was very unapologetic and cut my spouse off and practically shoved a gift card in his face and told him to have a nice day when he was trying to explain that their mistake could have cost me my life. I stopped by this location for the first time. The employee taking my order through the drive thru was prompt and courteous. The line was moving quickly (this was morning on a weekday, about 5 cars in the drive thru when I arrived but cleared within minutes). My drink was made correctly, I was a bit disappointed in the sandwich. It was a bacon, gouda, egg sandwich and I thought they forgot the bacon at first--it was there but looked almost microwaved or steamed, very pale and not flavorful. The rest of the sandwich was good. Even with construction, the drive was easy to see and access. I appreciate the width of the drive through and inclusion of a second lane to loop around the building. Love coming here, the staff is great and always willing to put a smile on your face. I messed up online and thought I ordered an iced coffee, and they were very apologetic when it was my fault it was messed up and gave me an iced coffee on the house. I may or may not be a frequent flyer🤫🤣.
