We entered your store right before 2 in the afternoon today. First my family and I were not even greeted when we entered. The young man behind the counter was working on a customers order of 3 sandwiches. There was a young lady who went to the back to make "back ups". We waited at minimal 20 minutes to even get acknowledge by the young man. Not even an 'I will be right with you" was said. In the mean time, while we were waiting, 2 other female customers came in and left after 5 minutes of waiting, then an older couple walked in as well. None of the customers were acknowledged. After about 10 minutes they left as well. When our order was taken the young man kept forgetting what we said or wasn't really paying attention. During this whole time the young woman was still in the back knowing he was in need of assistance. There was a point where he was making my sons sandwich and she was starting a personal conversation with the young man. As my children moved up the line I just grabbed 4 cups so that we can get our drinks. Once my husband was ready to pay the young man did apologize for the wait. He even was willing to put 3 dollars towards our meal. We didn't take his money. As we left I made it a point to say "thank you", expecting a "your welcome", which did not happen. What upset me the most was not the wait, but the lack of customer service that we were given especially by the young woman who could have assisted to make the service timely. We are on vacation and can pick anywhere to eat, but we chose this location. We will not be making that...
Read moreService is horrible, a manager is needed every shift. If a issue occurs you need someone who can handle conflict or solve a simple issue if needed not someone who just puts the phone down mid conversation of you explaining what happened and puts someone else on the phone who also ignores you by Steph’s to say they are listening to the customer rather than the person they just got in the phone with and ask what was wrong.
This is not the first issue I have had and I’ll leave a review where needed but simple instructions are easy, when someone literally types out exactly how they want their sandwich or shows you they expect just that. I ordered a pizza sub with no sauce, put it on the side in a cup with extra cheese when I got home, the sub was covered leaking out of the sides with sauce. Ordered a couple sandwiches through DoorDash and when we got them, they barely had any meat (we paid for EXTRA meat), one of them was made completely wrong (couldn’t even eat it due to dietary needs), and we were missing chips. Checked our receipt and confirmed it was in fact ordered how we wanted it, but not made that way. DoorDash refunded about 15%, but the order was over 50% wrong or missing. Emailed Subway management for resolution and they said they would check the cameras, but did nothing about it and never responded further.
