I had a terrible experience with one of your carhops. She was extremely rude to my sister-in-law, who had her four grandbabies in the car. The carhop refused to retry a declined transaction, even though there was sufficient funds on the card, and took food away from the children. Yes my sister-in-law threw her drink on the carhop but that was after the car hall took the food out of those babies mouth Eupora’s Sonic would never do something like this so if I were y’all just don’t waste your time here I know if one of the only stores to eat out in Ackerman, but y’all need to bump it up bump your game up because y’all are not doing good. This is not OKif I could give you a -1000 I will give you a -1000 but I can’t kindness...

I frequently visit bumpers in Ackerman. The only complaint I have is there Philadelphia steak and cheese sandwich is really really greasy but tasty. I have ordered several different items and I have not been disappointed, everything was really good. As far as the staff goes most are friendly. If one of the waitresses walks up to my vehicle with a big smile on their face welcoming me to their establishment I always tip them even if it's just for a drink. But if they don't smile or they look like they don't want to be there I don't tip. And they remember their clientele if they frequent a lot. What happen to this place!! The service is absolutely ridiculous !! I ordered 6 medium drinks and sat there for 20 mins waiting on the drink when they finally got out there they didn't bring straws went back to get straws another 10 mins then didn't get enough straws. This is sad there was only 3 other cars there. If this is how yall service is just shut down when you can go into the Mexican restaurant with 6 ppl order ur food and all the food is ordered and out quicker than just 6 drinks at bumpers its not worth...
