Heather shouldn't be working in the food service industry/customer service. Heather has no customer service skills and makes assumptions instead of providing care and consideration to customers and assume that everyone wants something for free. Tabitha "general manager" is nothing more than Heather's gate keeper she only listens to one side of the story and is unwilling to effectively communicate with customers. This Jack's need to be completely revamped not just due to this one isolated event but there have been many unpleasant experiences for the community. It's unfair to the community that we have to deal with and unpleasant experiences and we already lack places to go and dine in this area. People work hard for their hard earned money and should be treated with dignity and respect. The situation didn't warrant for Heather's attitude and unkind demeanor to give context to this review. A order was placed. An employee gave the wrong order to the customer, then attempted to hand it back and Heather made the assumption that the customer was digging through the box when the customer was only checking the order after they had already paid to make sure that they had the correct order before driving away. The customer only opened the box by lifting the lid and looked inside and immediately before driving away to make sure they had the right order (The order was wrong). The customer proceeded to wave to get the drive-thru worker to open the window back up so the food could be handed back. Heather approached stating " I don't understand why you would be digging through the box" The customer responded I wasn't digging through the box, how else was I supposed to check to make sure my order was correct unless I opened it Heather rudely walked away without saying anything while the customer was still talking.    Read moreThis used to be our favorite place to eat but the last couple of times we have gotten breakfast it was completely wrong and had to be redone. I decided to do an online mobile order today I ordered a single gravy biscuit meal, a double gravy biscuit, a bacon biscuit, a sausage biscuit, and an ultimate big bacon breakfast sandwich. My order was supposed to be ready at 9:53am. I arrived at 10:00am with my order no where to be found and no names on any of it and no receipts. I ended up being there for an hour and a very nice young lady came up and said what was your order again so I showed her. She took it on herself to get my order together and ended up giving me two double gravy biscuits, two sausage biscuits, a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, and the ultimate big bacon breakfast sandwich as well as my mocha iced coffee, and the cup for the sprite. I truly appreciate her efforts but would have loved for my order to be right. I never got the bacon biscuit I ordered for my daughter. The other issue I noticed is that everyone was trying to be a manager and no one except the one young lady was trying to be polite and nice to all the customers. I know you all have a very stressful job especially when you have customers that are very picky and get mad and take it out on you. My suggestion to make things better would be specifically assign someone to work on the mobile orders, assign 2 people to the front register one to take orders and one to bag orders, and assign two people to the drive thru one to take the orders and one to bag the orders.    Read moreHeather(assistant manager) is the worst person that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with at a Jacks restaurant! She had a nasty attitude with me because I was given the wrong order and I opened the box to look inside! How else would I be able to check my food??! After my order was corrected the drive thru worker handed me my food and she apologized for the mix up. I asked her what was the ladyâs name that was rude to me(for my google review/corporate complaint) and she came and continued to be rude telling me to call the general manager(tabitha)if I have a complaint. I contacted the gm(Tabitha)as soon as I got home and she wasnât much better honestly. Now she wasnât rude aside from cutting me off a few times while I was trying to explain my side of things. I didnât feel that she was taking me serious, it felt as if she was trying to uphold heather(assistant manager) to some degree by saying things like âitâs been a hectic dayâ as if thatâs an excuse for piss poor customer service! She did apologize and said she would take care of it. But I honestly donât think that she is going to do anything, if you ask me it seems like theyâre friends and that may be the reason why heather was so quick to tell me to contact her if I have a problem.
