Ordered 2 small shakes and waited for over 20 minutes after the screen said they were headed out with our order. pressed the button again once 20 minutes had passed and the girl said they hadn't even made them. only 2 vehicles were there as with ours and the person who pulled in way after us had there food out within 5 - 9 minutes. 4 people were working but three of them were out talking to one vehicle, we kept trying to get someone's attention and they all just ignored us. finally after we were about to just leave a man came to the door holding shakes and looked like he had forgotten what he was even doing then finally walked over and asked if we had ordered them, he handed them to us, they were half filled and the wrong size, we asked why they weren't full like normal and he said it was because they ran out of the things we asked for, wouldn't it have been decent mannerism to inform us before taking our money that you didn't have what we were ordering so we could have been given the chance to get our money's worth of something else? He stood there, again looking high and lost and said it was no big deal and then neglected trying to fix the mess up by repeatedly saying he knew us which had nothing to do with our order. def don't recommend this place, teenagers shouldn't be running fast food without one manager there. and yes, I understand it's just shakes, shouldn't be a huge deal but for the amount of time we waited there just for our order to be wrong and not filled is actually ridiculous when there were more than enough employees there that could have let us know they didn't have the...

I was a daily customer. Getting the very same drink everyday. A route 44 "clubhouse" tea which is half tea half lemonade among other things i.e. lunch or dinner. I pull in to get my regular drink like every other day that is $1.32 during happy hour and $2.72 any other time. Since it is 12 i know its going to be $2.72 so i order my "clubhouse" tea and they say your total is $3.72 NO MA'AM why did it go up a whole dollar in one day? Then they say they can adjust the price this time but thats it. I said no thank you and left. They lost a customer over trying to over charge me! I called another sonic in a nearby town and was told that a clubhouse tea is regularly $2.95 tax included. That i can handle so i told the Savannah manager what happened and she said she didnt know where they got that price from so i called adamsville sonic back and the manager James said that its a specialty lemonade so they have to charge that. PEOPLE WE ARE TALKING ABOUT A DRINK FROM SONIC! THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Ill be getting my drinks from the neighboring Jacks from now on! Way to go sonic. Was having a very very bad day and as embarrassed as I am to say it I was extremely rude to the lady taking our order. My husband ask for no crumbs on a strawberry cheesecake milkshake. The lady taking our order said"no whip cream''my husband said "no ma'am no graham cracker crumbs". Bless her heart she said "sir do you mean no cherry". And by that point I did not care whether I had a milkshake or not and I hollered just make it the way it comes. I even surprised myself at just how ugly it came out of my mouth. When the young lady brought our order out she was still just as nice as she could possibly be but my poor husband was scared to death to tip her LOL. However I went back the next day and left her a $3 tip. And I didn't remind her that it was me that was so rude. I know how hard fast food is and I really am ashamed of myself. The staff handled it professionally with Grace and the milkshake was still delicious. So if you are craving a milkshake stop in I almost guarantee the best most courteous service around and don't forget to tip the car hops because they may have had to put up with someone like me earlier in the day.
