390 Golf Experience — Restaurant in Addison Township

What a great experience! Looked high and low for a place to have a graduation party. Wanted to do something fun and casual. Well this was it! From start to finish this was one of the easiest parties I have ever planned. It was easy because of the people here. It started with Shana who took my call when I was looking for infomation on the party she was an absolute delight to talk to. She had all of the information I was looking for. Shen then put me in touch with Art who again went through all of the information and pricing. I took my family there on a Sunday to try the food (and it was great). It just so happened on the day I was there Courtney the person that does the food coordination was there. She provided me with the menu and all of the choices and they were amazing. The day of the party... we went into the room where we were having the party and it was all set up. Tablecloths on the tables, a gift table, a place to put the favors and a buffet table. As soon as I arrived I was met by Vinnie, Michelle and Jerry. They accomodated any and all requests I had. The service Michelle and Jerry provided was exactly the kind of service that someone hosting only hopes for. They were interactive with the guests and provided me with the support I needed when I needed it. It was like they had known us forever even though we had just met that morning. Jerry offered tips to the golfers and made sure no one had an empty glass. Michelle and Jerry made sure the tables were clean and the guests wanted for nothing. I will also add that throughout the party I was greeted more than once by Courtney, Art and Vinnie to make sure that we were happy and again had everything we needed. I did not feel rushed (as you usually do when you have a party) it was an amazing experience. Thank you all for helping make the party a wonderful experience. I would not hesitate to plan another party here or return for a round of golf. I am not a golfer but they made it...

The worse golfing experience I’ve ever had. Was there 15 minutes before leaving. Ordered food and when it came out the sandwich was deconstructed, meaning all toppings were on the side. The waitress (Lisa) didn’t bother to bring napkins, plates or silverware so this was inconvenient considering we’re touching rental clubs that was dirty, old and broken. I refuse to eat with my hands even though I’m sure she wanted that. I requested she bring napkins and silverware in a polite manor. She then returns with the items and throw them at us. it was clear she wasn’t happy to serve black people. I asked to speak with a manager (Spence) and upon explaining my disappointmenting Service I was met with a stone cold unconcerned face, he didn’t once take accountability for his employee, apologize for the rude service. I told him it’s obvious black people aren’t welcome at his establishment if you can’t serve with rrespect. We will never revisit nor support a racist establishment such as this one and you...

People working the front desk are rude and not helpful. Had a 4pm reservation, showed up 10 minutes early, was told to wait til 4:15pm. When asked why, was not given any reasonable explanation nor could they move us to empty bays for others that were also had a 4pm reservation but had not checked in yet. No eye contact from anyone at front desk. Did not get a text when bay was ready, had to wait in line again to check in. Once we got bay, we were told that someone would bring a bucket of balls in. Nope. Didn't happen. We ended up grabbing a bucket that was laying around. Top tracer was locked, had to go downstairs, wait in line again, for them to turn it on.
