Leonard's Pizza — Restaurant in Addison Township

I don't know if the other reviews here are fake, friends of the owner, or they have the wrong "Leonard's Pizza". Me, my family, and plenty of neighbors have ordered from Leonard's many times, and have gotten our orders wrong, overcharged, and then after the 5th time you've gotten your order wrong you naturally call and complain. You are met with rudeness and hostility, and if they do correct your order they basically make an FBI investigation out of it, showing a complete lack of trust and respect for their customers. That's not even mentioning the boring at best, gross at worst food. The food lacks consistency. You can get a well cooked sub with fresh green lettuce one day. Then the next day get a sub with the meat burnt and yellowish-brown lettuce. And if you call and complain (civilly) about your burnt or undercooked food be warned, they might actually yell and or swear at you. I don't even understand how this place is still open honestly. Today I ordered carry out. 2 Medium, 2 topping special $14.99 & 8 jumbo plain wings. I walked out $37.59 later!!!! My son was with me so I didn’t hear the $$$ or get a receipt but it felt off that she didn’t even offer me the receipt so I checked my credit card! With sales tax I figured $25.43. When I called the girl tried to tell me it was because one of the medium pizzas was only cheese?!?! 😳 So it’s an extra $12.16 for NOT using all toppings?! The girl was clueless and the manager not much better! They could have cared less they totally ripped me off! It’s unfortunate too because I love their pizza but if you don’t have a cashier that has a clue you’ve got a problem. Poor customer service as it didn’t matter they got caught with there hand in the cookie jar. If you choose to visit them just watch your receipts. They don’t care if they steal your hard earned $$$$. What a joke called to order dinner for the family and was first told no delivery no big deal so I ordered and they said 35 40 minutes okay again no biggie so I get there to pick it up the place is completely empty and the people working were just standing around doing absolutely nothing stood there for a couple minutes before being helped and told them the name and they couldn't find the ticket at first then they didn't even make the order haven't even started it what a complete joke I left saying I'll never go back but Rebecca the manager went out of her way the following day to reach out to me to fix the situation that happened and she took very good care of me and made it right so I couldn't be happier I'm a customer...
