Honestly my whole family has been ordering here When I was a kid. And the manager was so disrespectful. 3 Months ago my co worker place an order for a pick up they said it was gonna be ready in 30 min . I was running late . Maybe a hour and they said the wings wasn’t ready yet I ask how is that possible , the pizza is ready but not the wings .for me doesn’t make sense because the pizza takes way longer they told me it was going to be and xtra 20 min wait .I was like why I ask to talk to the manager. And he was so disrespectful Towards me and start arguing with me , and I told him why are you arguing me . And he was just saying stuff and he was making me upset and mad , I told him you don’t have the rights to talk to me like that ,what’s your problem and I told him I am going to come tomorrow morning and talk to his boss. He was just saying stuff so I left . And I never did anything because I’m like it’s whatever but if he does it again then yeah why not cuz it’s not acceptable. So today 11/18/2024 My co workers wanted to order food and the manager said they cannot deliver food at the location because of me .What Does that gotta do with him . He started saying I was yelling and saying stuff when the manager was having a attitude. Of course a costumer gonna say something. But Making people feel uncomfortable is not acceptable . And start lying about the things I said when I never did or say . Making me feel I was disrespectful towards all employees when I wasn’t .This was between me and him . This is such an unfortunate . That my co -worker can’t order food their anymore. Or any costumer that uses the same address he provides.I used to work for fast food companies ,and I was a manager and I never in my life argued with a customer. It’s really...
Read moreOne star for horrible customer service. We’ve been ordering from here since we moved to the area in 2015 and never had an issue til tonight. Placed an order using a coupon they emailed to us on January 14, 2022. Coupon was for an 18” cheese pizza, 12 wings, and a 2 L coke. $25.98. I added two toppings and an order of fries. When I paid with tip it came out to $55. Didn’t think much of it til after dinner and looked at the receipt. They charged me for everything separate and just deducted $10. Which is no where near $25.98. I called to complain about the difference in prices and the manager gets on the phone and tells me that their prices have increased and I should understand. I tell him that’s not my problem as the coupon was sent to me one week prior. So if their prices changed then they should of reflected that. Nope. He says they haven’t been updated yet expect me to have no problem paying the difference. I say if that’s how he’s going to run his business I’m just going to contact my credit card company and cancel the transaction as I’m being overcharged. He tries to tell me I should understand their costs have gone up and so have their prices. I tell him he should understand that’s not my problem. Don’t send coupons that aren’t going to be honored. He says he’ll just void the transaction and have his driver come pick up the food. I tell him to send his driver. He shows up fifteen minutes later and takes with him the leftover pizza, wings, fries, and coke. Suffice to say they lost a customer whose being going there for the past seven years.

Read moreI’ve been coming here for years, and let me tell you—this place isn’t just a pizza joint, it’s the heartbeat of DuPage County’s taste buds. The crust alone could write poetry, the cheese could solve world peace, and the sauce? Let’s just say it deserves its own Netflix special.
Now, after years of perfection, my pizza arrived burned. Cue the tiny violins and dramatic soap opera music—the ultimate “first-world problem.” But here’s where the story flips from tragedy to triumph: I called, and Joey turned a culinary fumble into a customer service slam dunk.
He didn’t just fix the problem—he flew in like a caped superhero made of mozzarella and compassion. Within record time, a fresh pizza was at my door, piping hot and perfect, like a phoenix rising from the ashes of its burnt predecessor. Joey wasn’t just polite—he was as apologetic as a golden retriever caught chewing your favorite shoes. That sincerity is rare these days, and it tasted better than the pizza itself (and trust me, that’s saying something).
This staff doesn’t just deliver food, they deliver experiences smoother than butter melting on hot garlic bread. The way they handled this hiccup proves they’re not just in the pizza business—they’re in the “making-everything-right” business.
So hats off (and oven mitts on) to the team here. If customer service were an Olympic sport, they’d be standing on the podium with a gold medal and a pizza box instead of flowers. This isn’t just the best pizza in town—it’s the crown jewel of customer care in...
