The place is lovely, the waiters are incredible, however, my food was quite odd and not very satisfying. I live close by and hope to visit again and hopefully update this review. I do believe the rest of the food must be good because of the great reviews.

The breakfast tacos come in a pancake tortilla, which sounded oddly interesting so I ordered them. I have to say that this combo was not for me as the ingredients on the tacos were mid-tier and did not mix well with the pancake tortilla. Perhaps the tortilla could be a bit thinner and I really think this could fix the recipe. The tacos were hard to eat because it was 90% thick tortilla. I opted for eating the insides of the tacos since the pancakes were not edible by themselves, even with some syrup. Just an odd combination overall. My sister had some of their comida criolla and it was tasty, my brother had the brunch burger and said it was tasty as well.

We had the opportunity to visit another of the iconic restaurants of Aguadilla Premium Restaurants, but this one located in Aguada. Alba; very similar to Mona but with her unique touch. As always, excellence in service cannot be missed. We feel very comfortable and pleasant being there. The kindness and courtesy of the waitresses was from start to finish. Ample and comfortable parking. A very nice boutique-style decoration. I recommend the latte coffee 100%. Good aroma, perfect temperature, elasticity of the milk at its peak, creamy, and the art that cannot be missed. We start with the Goat cheese balls 🤯, what a flavor! The strong flavor of the cheese paired perfectly with the honey, exquisite. There were no complaints. All the food ordered arrived hot, delicious and in a reasonable time. Visiting my wife's family in Aguada. Rarely do tourists see this side of PR but they should. I highly recommend Alba Brunch. Food was amazing! They took classic breakfast dishes, added their own Puerto Rican spin and elevated the whole experience. They did not miss a beat as far as service (we were a party of 15). They also had several drink options. Various coffee juices, smoothies and alcoholic beverages! There is something for everyone. The only downside is lack of parking. Not a big deal because everyone parks in the open field right next door.
