Life Garden Veggie and Vegan Restaurant — Restaurant in Aguada

First time here and was satisfied. I feel the lunch portions could be larger but the quality is good. I had the pepper no pollo, which is an imitation of pepper chicken minus the actual chicken, with whole grain fried rice and salad. I also had carrot cake for dessert and was happy with the large portion, it tasted delicious. I’d like to come back and try something other than rice and “meat”, for example their pizzas or something else not typical to vegetarian restaurants. Muy bonito lugar. Muy ordenado, acogedor, limpio y elegante. Excelente trato de su personal. Buenos precios. Un menú muy variado y lo que probé estaba sabroso. Y una de las cosas más importantes, hay estacionamiento. Uno de esos oasis para los que estamos en este estilo de vida.

Realmente a veces pienso que la clientela vegana/vegetariana es una de las más difíciles, malagradecidas y hasta insoportables para complacer. A veces uno ve unas situaciones que uno tiene que respirar hondo para no darle la contestación que merecen. Y esto es algo que se ve en todos los lugares donde venden comida veggie. El restaurante tiene un menú en unos steamers y otro menú que te pueden preparar al momento como burgers, pizza y wraps y los clientes dicen que no hay nada. Que si tiene esto, que si tiene lo otro, que si por qué no así, por qué no asá. Hoy me tocó ver eso de nuevo y quienes la atendieron fueron sumamente diligentes y amables y contestaron todas sus preguntas. Es cierto que hay personas que sufren de unas alergias severas a algunos productos o ingredientes, pero caramba, no se pongan tan exigentes y criticones. Quédese en su casa y prepare su propia comida. Den gracias porque existe una alternativa que antes no existía y observe bien que va a encontrar algo bueno para usted, que quizás no es lo que quería, pero ya eso es problema suyo, no del restaurante. Establecer un negocio de comida es difícil y si es uno veggie/vegan más aún. Así que apoye y no critique tanto. Haga sus sugerencias, pero no se ponga tan exigente tampoco.

This is definitely the best vegan place I've been, specially for criollo food at really reasonable prices! We were on vacation and had a hard time finding good vegan puerto rican food. We were so delighted with the a la carte menu options to choose from and blown away with the flavors. The pizzas were amazing too. Desserts and freshly made juices are a must as well.
