Once:11 Bar&Grill — Restaurant in Aguada

The food (Stuffed Chicken Breast and Sweet Potato Truffle Fries) was very good and very tasty but that was all that was great, we arrived at 7:00 PM and the waiter took our drink order, it took almost 25 minutes and us calling our waiter to have our food order taken around 7:30 PM and this is where the nightmare begins. 45 minutes in food starts coming in for our table, at around 8:45 a runner asked what was missing and we explained some of our party was missing their food, this is when later on we were told the chicken was made fresh and would last another 20 to 25 minutes. The missing food finally arrived around 9:15 PM, when we checked with management we were told the food is made fresh and was made from the very first time we place the order, in other words 1 hour and 30 minutes for chicken breast. The worst part is that this was a blunt lie and clearly the order was never made or missed as tables around us who arrived later received their food, ate and packed their meals but yet our food but additionally in our own table our family members ate and some left while we still had not received the food. When we asked for compensation all we got was a round of drinks a 10% discount and a round of attitudes. As a service professional, I would have preferred a simple apology and hey we clearly missed your check but instead we were made feel like this was not their issue and we were in the wrong. Will not return and will not recommend to family...

This place takes insanely long to bring your food. They are clueless. I dunno if the cooks have to be called in to make your food or if they are too busy pretending they are pirates drinking rum instead of making your order. Also place was not busy at all for this horrible service. Was gonna leave a great tip but decided against it as my food took about an hour to receive my hamburger and quesadilla.WILL NEVER LET YHEM WASTE MY TIME LIKE THAT AGAIN. GET IT...

Just had an incredible meal! The coconut mojito that Sara made was WOW, one of the best I’ve ever had. The nachos were super tasty, and the crème brûlée to finish was out of this world. Honestly, the only thing better than the food was the service—Lisbeth was amazing. So attentive, welcoming, and really made the whole experience even better. I will definitely return for that Parcha Mojito...
