Mi Rancho Restaurante Mexicano — Restaurant in Aiken County

I have been going to this location since the doors opened. Nothing fancy long tables and folding chairs. I've spent many holidays and birthdays there. Made some of my best memories with my kids during their childhood. But my last visit will be just that!!! The service was HORRIBLE I've never waited so long just to have my order taken especially when they weren't even busy! We ordered the macho nachos and it was the most disgusting food I've ever had. There were hardly any chips under the grease and tablespoon of cheese and the meat looked like dog food and it all just tasted like bacon. Our waitress refilled my water which only had two sips missing but didn't fill my bf tea up at all which was half empty. This was all we had and the bill was 20.00 dollars which is another reason their prices have gotten higher and higher with the quality only...

First time here and the food here was great. My issues was with the service more the specific the server. I not sure if I caught her on a bad day or I was holding her help from clocking off, but she didn’t make me feel welcomed at all. When she bought food to the table or give me would give me a refill I would say thank you and nothing. She bought the ticket to my table and again nothing, no “take the ticket up to the front when ready or whenever you’re ready. I sat there for a few minutes not knowing I had to take the ticket to the register. Then when I went to pay, the ticket nearly flew off the register because of the way she nearly threw it at me. Yesterday was my Birthday and my finace and I decided to go out to dinner to celebrate, We decided on Mi Rancho, We googled the closing time, which showed 10:30, We left the house and got there by 9some, The closing time was 10, The staff were very nice, They didnt rush us, They took our order and allowed us to eat, I order Quesadillas, Beef and Cheese Nacho and my finace order a Mexican Burger( I'm not sure of the correct name of his meal, but it was delicious, I tasted it), We ate and enjoyed ourselves, They didn't say Oh , We are about to close or anything, They treated us like family,( We didn't stay until 10, We left around 9:50) We had a Experience, I gave this Restaurant a 5star review, because the food was good, The staff was nice and the...
