Subway — Restaurant in Aiken County

Short staff doesn't excuse employees from serving dining in customers over deliveries. Funny how if this person I needed to pick up for actually came in and rushed the employees, they'd have the sub ready. Just because Doordash delivers it doesn't excuse merchants from delaying MY customer's meals. I'd like to see restaurant employees come out and deliver for a company that pays pennies on the dollar using their own cars and paying their own food and gas. These employees need to either have delivery orders ready or remove your contract with doordash. Some people are hurting for some sort of income to be able to eat. Some people can't wait around and waste their gas because employees for subway can't stand doordash or uber eats. It's not a staffing problem. It's a nasty attitude problem. I hate my job but I still find the time at my worse and personal stuff going on in my life to treat people with respect and understand that there are others serving YOUR food to homes. I canceled my order from doordash because of having to wait until the lobby was empty and they felt like making this person's subs. Again, I hate MY job but my patience is running thin and my manners will go out the window if people wanna act like that. I find this appalling and very disturbing that I will lose MY job when my customers get angry. I speak on behalf of all food service delivery drivers. Have a heart or not, my paycheck depends on YOUR employees...

01/28/2023 ordered around 4, I literally got 1/3 slice of cheese, a couple shreds of steak, the entirely wrong bread (most likely because this location never has the italian herbs & cheese which is the only bread i order), and a ton of mayonnaise when I ordered light mayo. The lady who works here the most often always has an attitude and never has the items I constantly order at other locations. No vitamin water bottle like her store says they have on the app but when you get there you have to argue with her to let you get the same drink from their soda machine because they're out of the bottles. It's right next to my house but everytime i use the app and get a coupon discount my order is always less than the correct portions (see picture attached) like the employee making my sandwich is basing the quantity of ingredients based on if i paid full price. I will now drive 10 minutes to another sandwich place before I deal...

If I could rate it a zero I absolutely would. The staff is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to put a sandwich together to save their lives. I ordered 4 foot longs and tried to eat this sandwich before throwing the other half and the rest of this in the trash. I couldn’t even tell what kind of sandwich this was because of the amount of mayonnaise it was drenched in. The two meatball subs we ordered were on the wrong bread and the woman working had the nerve to tell me she knows she made them right. Then told me I had to bring all the sandwiches back in to the restaurant to remake them. I paid to have them delivered because I couldn’t leave my house to pick them up. I have eaten at numerous subways in the area and never have I received a sandwich as disgusting as this. AVOID THIS LOCATION! I tried my best to eat it but we ended up throwing all of it out and $50 wasted. Poor customer service and absolutely disgusting...
