Should have left when first met waitress! I ordered the $23.00 Ribeye and found out after the fact they cut their own meat and this was the worst cut i'd ever had, it did not even look like a Ribeye. I ordered Medium and it came out bloody medium rare and was lukewarm. I usually don't say anything, but I know Ribeye and yes they have fat on them that's why they are tender, but on this steak there was only fat except...for a very small section that was edible, but by the time I got to it the steak was ice cold and I could not eat. So waitress said sorry , gave us the bill , I said it's not your fault and I asked did she tell Manager she said she told the owner, I repeated myself and finally the Manager stopped by and by the time he came I had it in doggie bag for my 🐶 dogs!! I opened it showed him and his comment was usually we don't have a problem, I again repeated myself well this was the worst cut I've ever had, I mean he could look at it and see the mess that was left, he walked away, waitress came back with our change said something like we only charged you for salad bar, I said Thank you! but that was not true, we counted our change and was only $2.00 taken off bill. That must be all he thinks his Steak was worth too!Maybe burgers are good or if you have a few drinks food might taste better...but don't...

We were meeting family and chose this place for it's large menu. We sat ourselves and our server came up, I asked about a drink and how spicy is the spicy (because every place is different) I got a scoff and he explained it was zing zang. OK then, moving on. Came with our drinks and we were ordering and I asked if the bleu cheese was good. If you like bleu cheese then this isn't a weird question. There is kraft category and then homemade.. He laughed and like rolled his eyes or maybe had a mini stroke, I'm not quite sure but proceeded to tell me he was the owner. Cool. Then told me they have been making it for 30 years. Also cool. Then he told me even if it wasn't good he wouldn't tell a customer that.... Ok, yikes. I have worked in customer service for 15 years and some of that time being a server, and I don't think I've ever been treated like that or treated anyone like that. The women that served our food and refilled the drinks were very sweet and helpful. Maybe the guy was just having a bad day.. Food was...

We were a party of 6 celebrating a bithday. Food was mediocre, service started out great, another individual delivered our food, then no one ever checked back, extremely disappointed. Entire party would have ordered another drink, but no luck with service, which increases tip. We waited for 45 min (really) with no apologies, and didn't even ask if we would like anything else, finally got attention and asked for tab, which was then promptly delivered. Apparently whatever was going on in the kitchen or backroom was more important than guests, inconsiderate. Very disappointing, especially since the dining room wasn't that busy at 6pm-7pm hour, and server knowing this was a special occasion. Bill was over $200. Will not be back and...
