Adam Klein's Seafood — Restaurant in Akron

We purchased the catfish nuggets, that actually were more like strips. The first time, there was barely any seasoning on them. The second time, we asked for them to be cooked crispy since they were soft underneath. This was not done, and there was less seasoning than the first time. We went back a third time within the month to give it one last shot since we heard good things about the restaurant. Unfortunately, this time was the worst. The fish had some kind of white coating on parts of it that made it look completely unappealing. Also, the batter between the two orders was markedly different in color and taste (zero taste). Both orders were not cooked crispy. When I called and spoke to someone there, he just made excuses as to why it would not stay crispy, and basically told me that, "He is sorry, but if people want it cooked crispy, then we need to do it ourselves." Terrible customer service and lack of appreciation for customers. Well, thank you sir, I will definitely take you up on that recommendation. if i could give this two zeros..... oh well that would mean no review at all. right?! so here i am disappointed in spending my hard earned money on something that had great reviews, but in the end i think people are just getting paid to write. GREAT FOOD! lies. i am new in town i i wanted a fish dinner. sadly i chose this place. food was lukewarm with all store brought products like the coleslaw! just nasty but nice try to doctor up. the bun that is given with the meal isn't even warm. but why would i expect it to be seeing the fish was no where near hot. the fries and the fish was plain nasty not because there was not an ounce of seasoning ON THEM , but because the grease was old. And you could tell from the discoloration on the food. i will not be going here ever again. i am sure my few dollars won't matter. since my google asked me to write a review and i rarely ever do . i felt compelled to do so for any newcomers looking for a good hot fish dinner. This place is like walking into a bait shop in the inner city. The smell hits you like a truck. It's so nauseating It's difficult to spend any amount of time in there. Therefore, you get in and get out as fast as possible. The store is very large and has an enormous selection... Other than sushi, there's probably no fish You couldn't find there that would be on any normal persons menu.

The other problem, and it's not their fault is that they are in a demilitarized zone. This is the problem of our society, specifically societies run by Democrats. There is a overwhelming feeling of fear when you pull up to their building . Those images you see on real news networks about random acts of violence come flashing through your mind. For me, what we purchased was very good. However, I will be going to the west side market next time I need anything in bulk. I value my life more than the few dollars. I'll save...
