Hibachi Xpress Brown — Restaurant in Akron

First is the decor, not exactly the nicest place i've ever been in but i was just getting carry out anyway. I was greeted properly by the woman behind the bar, she was very nice and made small talk while i waited for my meal. Now down to the food, i have been eating Hibachi style food for 30 years now however i do not consider myself an expert this is just my opinion. With the vegetables i personally found carrots and broccoli a bit of an odd choice but that's probably due to the fact i don't like them. The steak was a bit chewy but i imagine that is due to a cheaper cut of meat though it was well seasoned. The shrimp was a little small but also cooked properly. Rice was plentiful, but that is a cheap filler. The cook has done the best with the materials he has been given. i am not opposed to trying again, maybe chicken next time? I have been saying for a few years now that there needs to be a japanese take out seeing how there a million chinese take outs everywhere. The price seems about two-three dollars too much considering the cheap materials used, there is a place in Kent that makes a better meal that includes a salad and wonton soup for only two dollars more. The only reason I am even giving one star is because the food was decent. Their delivery and customer service skills need work. I ordered $80 worth of food and when the food finally came we were one short. The delivery driver came back because he forgot his LIGHTER in our box of food. At that time I told him we were short an entree and he told me I would have to call the restaurant. I rold him I did and the line was busy. He told me " call back sometimes they take it off the hook". After the 9th attempt i finally got ahold of someone. They said they would send hime back out. Still no food. I call back. Very disappointed. I ordered food for me & my boyfriend tonight. The website for Hibachi Xpress on Brown said they were open till 1am. My order was accepted & I got an alert that my order would be ready for pickup at 12:05am. I drove all the way up there. There were people inside but they said they were closed & refused to give me my food. I don't understand why my order was accepted & why I was already charged & money taken from my account for food I never got & was never gonna get if they were closing.
