Habibi Pizza — Restaurant in Akron

This place is really really good. They have a lot of variety and I actually just started working here about 30 hours a week on top of my regular job. I personally have been getting salads for my work in the morning because I am just way to busy when I work both jobs to really make anything for the morning. I have tried a couple of there sandwiches, I've tried the pizza and the chicken. I personally really liked them all the salads are also pretty big and good. Hope to see more orders coming in so I can come deliver you guys some awesome awesome food. The pizza and sandwiches are so so good the pizza and chicken are probably some of the best that I have had. The only places I can think of that were better were like authentic Chicago pizza in Chicago. I can't really think of any places that have had better fried chicken. I have not tried the other stuff but based on those I'm sure it's amazing. If you have any issues when I deliver to you please let me know because I'm sure they'd like to make it right. The one lady saying the food was disgusting was honestly probably a lady who doesn't tip the drivers and we may have made a mistake once or twice. I want to remind y'all none of us are perfect I personally sometimes forget the drinks but usually I notice when I'm there and I bring it back before my next order or if there are no orders I still bring it right back. Ordered a Cheese and Specialty Pizza, Gyro, Chicken Parmigiana with Cheese Ravioli and a large French fry this evening. It was late dinner rush on a Friday, so we waited about 90 minutes for our food. To be expected. No big deal. There could have been a bit more Cucumber sauce on the Gyro, the fries could have been crispier and hotter, and one of the Pizza's had underdone crust, due to the amount of toppings. This was the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza. Maybe could have used a turn or two more in the oven.

That said, the pricing is phenomenal. The amount of food you get, is absolutely spot on. It reminds me of a good pizza place I worked at, back in high school. The value, reminded me of prices, pre-2010's.

Despite the small issues, the food was great! The small issues, did not detract from the overall experience and enjoyment of the meal.

Real cheese, plenty of it, GREAT flavor, soulful portions and the love in the food, you get with a small privately owned place like this.

The taste of Fennel and Peppers I'm the tomato sauce, from sausage cooking in the sauce, was a reminder of real Italian home cooked touches, that evoke memories of my Sicilian Grandmother's Sunday dinners.

My experience with New York Style Pizza and Deli had at one time been a match made in heaven. I had ordered almost everything on the menu and it was always good. Then something happened. I called the number I had called for over five years to place an order. The guy who answered the phone, when I told him my address, informed me that they do not deliver over here. I just got an order from there 3 weeks ago, $50 worth of food. The man on the phone tells me to call the store on Glenwood. I looked up the number and the number was the same. I called back. He informed me that the store is in Cuyahoga Falls. I told him I just ordered from New York. He then informs me that the store moved 2 years ago. I just moved in the home I am in last August.
