Burger King — Restaurant in Akron

Order placed at 11:40am on 04/24/22 through drive thru. I've been through many fast food restaurant drive they'd but never was every single word I said spoken over top of. And when I said excuse me cause she was talking SOOOO FASTTTT she got very upset and started talking faster after I stated I apologize but I'm having a hard time hearing you, and again she decides to speak faster and louder.

I get up to the window and ask if there's ketchup in the bag for my chicken nuggets, and said you don't want sauce I said no just a lot of ketchup like I said at the order intercom. And she threw the ketchup in the bag and then slammed the door. I do not know if she had 1 to many last night or what but she definitely needs to have a manager speak with her on manners and someone needs to speak to her on having a reality check that the world does not revolve around rude people. Normally whatever I order and whatever is left for change out of my 20 I give to the staff for a tip as I remember what it's like working fast food. Well today I only spent $4 worth so she would have gotten a little nice tip if she would have acted like she had some sense to herself.

Not to mention I thought staff are supposed to wash their hands throughout the day, she had food and nasty stuff underneath her long LONGGGGG nails delivering food out the drive through. That is nasty. I'm currently drinking my coffee and throwing the rest away.

This burger king is the worse burger king I have ever Ben to and don't recommend going to it ever again. The customer service is horrible. The speed of service sucks. The quality of the food Taste like something that would come out of the trash because it isn't fresh. I saw that there where employees that where high as well as i could smell the oter of weed. As well as when I sat in the lobby the General manager who is Caucasian and on the heavy side not only had a guy come up to the burger king on talmadge, she also indulged in the activity of weed. The guy had a big bag filled with weed and the general manager stated that she wanted to some, that the weed is "Fire", and brought another tall Caucasian employee over to smell the weed. She then proceeded to go outside with the African American gentleman to make a transaction with the drug dealer who was in a Red vehicle. I believe that this burger king is low in quality due to the General managers lack of leadership skills and the staff has no respect because she doesn't have respect. I also have a picture of this transaction and will be taking further action with this madder. There was one young African American man with curly hair or a bun that I believe was in drive through because of the headset he was wearing. I was asked by my new prospective landlord to meet him here, because he was in the area and this was convenient. I arrived before him, and started to head to the front door of the building when the manager pulled into the lot. I politely stepped to the side to finish my cigarette, and to not block her path inside. As I stepped out of her way, I looked back to acknowledge her, at which point, with no "Hi" or "Hello" or "How are you," Hell, without as much as a smile or nod, she informed me that I was welcome to walk around to the far side of the building to dispose of my cigarette butt in the ashcan, as she disappeared inside. (Keep in mind, at this point the cigarette was still in my hand as I wasn't finished with it yet). As is often the case at a business, I will set my unfinished cigarette down, then retrieve it on my way out to smoke in the car. Instead, I took the butt to the disposal, walked into the building, and chose to refrain from handing over ANY of my money to this place. If, and I repeat IF(!) I do not properly dispose of my trash, (which never happens), THEN you are welcome to ask me to pick up after myself. But this was not the case.
