I love Arby’s. It’s basically my “go to.” I get Arby’s 2-3 times a week but usually not at the same locations all 3 times a week. Hazel Green, Madison and university drive in Huntsville are my frequents. Tonight I went to the Hazel Green location after 10. Ordered what I usually always order and when I got to the window, the young lady working told me that it would be just a little while for my jamocha shake that she had to wait on it to freeze or add syrup, idk, but what I do know is she didn’t lie to me and say its broke. Or tell me it’s broke because it was nearing close and she didn’t feel like messing with it. She also didn’t sigh or roll her eyes or look at me with a look of aggravation. She had a smile on her face the whole time, and not a fake customer service smile, the real kind of smile and she was pleasant, apologetic and seemed more concerned that I might be aggravated to which I wasn’t at all. I was in no hurry. I had pulled up as asked and this same young lady came outside, in the rain, to assure me that I hadn’t been forgotten about and they were still making the shake to which I told her “it’s really no problem”. Another lady had come out too to bring me my order first and my shake once it was finished and delicious. She was very friendly too. There is a lot to be said about customer service these days. Most places lack it and it’s just pathetic the way some of the workers attitudes are towards customers but Hazel Green Arbys definitely does not have that issue. Food is fabulous. Prices are comparable to todays economy and the customer service I received from these two lady’s on Monday November 20th 2023 after 10pm was exceptional and I really can’t say enough about their great attitudes and how refreshening it was to be greeted with such motivated and honest true friendly customer service. Much thanks...
Read moreArby's I've got a beef. I would be concerned If I owned the Hazel Green store (in a chain known for selling roast beef sandwiches, with a slogan like, "We've got the meat") if my customers were being told "we are out of roast beef because SOMEONE didn't do their job." It happened October 1, 2022 at 7:00 pm, a college football Saturday night. Other market fresh selections were also unavailable because your store was out of other meats too. As I ordered, the driver of a pick-up truck which had been waiting in the (lengthy) drive-thru line showed his displeasure by stopping to lay on his horn beside a car waiting at the window in frustration. In addition, the floor inside near the drink station was a sticky mess. The condiment counter space was sloppy with dried on goo and soda as well. Another customer was told it would be at least 10 minutes before his order would even be ready. So much for "fast food." On a seperate visit, the $9.00 I spent on a brisket was wasted money. There was way more bun than brisket. It certainly didn't look anything like the brisket sandwich exploding with meat on the signboard. Even the bun it came served in had a chunk out of it as seen in the pictures. These were two, less than satisfying...
Read moreThis was the worst experience at an Arby's I've ever had. They were out of several items that they told me about, so I ordered around those. I asked to make sure the crinkle fries were fresh since they were out of Arby's fries. They made up the fries and left them under the heat while one person made the 8 sandwiches and 4 sliders I ordered. They told me the fries were fine after I asked about them just sitting there. They put all sandwiches in one bag along with 2 sliders. They told me my other 2 sliders were on the bottom. They weren't. I went back in to ask for the two sliders. The worker indicated that I was lying about my missing sliders. When I got home, my sandwiches were basically quickly wadded up. My beef n cheddars were made with the wrong buns (they did not indicate they were out of them), and they didn't have the sauce on the bottom. They put cheddar on them even though I asked to not have it. I mainly want the onion bun and the sauce. Didn't get either. The food was made with...
