We ordered 3 large pizza’s, carry out, and none of them had sauce on them... how do you not put sauce on pizza?? We called the store and they will only refund / replace it if we bring the pizza’s back. We live 20min away and it isn’t an option at this point, we have to feed 5 kids. So, taking 45 additional min, or more, to return pizza’s is insane!! I feel they should have offered to deliver us more pizza, mail us a voucher for free pizza, or anything to account for their mistake. None of these things were offered, plus, they were extremely rude. We spoke to someone claiming to be store manager. She said her name was Kristen?? She said her DM wouldn’t allow anything but us to return them tonight. Then, she hung up on us. Take in mind, we were not ugly, yelling or being disrespectful to the employee. I’m blown away!!! I’ve worked for corporations most of my life and you do not hang up on a customer!! Ever!! We have always used this location for team parties, and other events, but never again! We will be using Papa John’s from now on. Good customer service is crucial.. I truly hope upper management reads this comment and corrects the mistakes made, or they will lose...
Read moreOn 4.4.25, 15 minutes after i placed my order power went off for three hours. I had already received a text that driver was on the way. Dominoes lost power too. Calls to the store couldn’t go thru even after power came on at 9pm. Called the next day about getting a refund (they never reached out to me about the pizza they cooked and didn’t deliver - they had my number). Store credit was mentioned and i said i wanted credit to my card. Store Manager said she would fix it and i thanked her. Two days later still no credit so i called back. Manager wouldn’t get on phone but relayed thru front line staff that they will give store credit only and would give me a number to call if I wanted to try and get credit to my card that way. But they would have to cancel the store credit first. So basically if dominoes corporate won’t give credit to my card then I can’t get the store credit back. A lot of work you’re making a customer do to get money back for food and follow up that never came. I will take my future pizza orders elsewhere. This left a bad taste in my mouth. When they started adding the delivery fee, ripping off the delivery drivers because: A It's the employees automobile and B they don't pay insurance or tires and brakes or gas or anything on the delivery vehicles, I quit tipping as much. In 2019 I called to order pizza and called for 2 hours!!! I got in my truck, with the phone ringing and when I pulled up, all the delivery vehicles were in the parking lot, no customers, and they said they were swamped with customers, so that's why they couldn't answer the phone. They were literally sitting on the make tables laughing uncontrollably at YouTube videos when I pulled up at the store on Cloverdale Rd. And I have video and audio of my phone calls and my trip to their restaurant.
