My order was not expedited. Several people who ordered after me received their food before I did. When I asked the cashier about my food, she could not find my husband's sandwich. She opened one of the sandwiches under the heat lamp without putting on gloves. She was checking to see if the sandwich had mayonnaise on it which means if it had not had mayo on it she would have folded it back up and put it in our bag which is very unsanitary. When I expressed my concern to the cashier about being overlooked and the food being messed up, she let the manager know who felt unobliged to speak with me. When I called the store the manager Terry Webb said I had an $800 hour and now I have time to apologize. They were at least eight people working and they look to be well staffed. The food was delicious even though the sandwich was not toasted, is it supposed to be. It is disappointing that the store manager's hands touched my husband's food and there was no apology when we waited nearly 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich...

My receipt order 18 drive thru on dec 12th 10:29 am. I was charged for 1 single gravy (got that). 2 sides of bacon (didn't order but one was charged for 2) 2 eggs (got that) bacon 2 slices (got that). Biscuit(got that). Grits (didn't get that) gravy (got that). Now what makes this all frustrating was I had to repeat my order to the girl taking the order 4 times because each time she read it back to me it was wrong. This has happened the last 3 times i have went through the drive through on a Saturday morning. So I guess if you want your order right for breakfast either go inside or drive by to next eating joint down the road.
Update: decided to give it one more try. If you order gravy biscuit or eggs. Bring your own forks and napkins or you probably won't have one when you leave the...
