Awful Service, Cold Food, and Zero Accountability—Never Coming Back
I’ve given this McDonald’s two chances, and both times were absolute disasters.
First Experience: I ordered food through the app and parked for curbside pickup. After waiting 30 minutes, I finally went inside to see what was going on. I was greeted by a rude employee who told me my order hadn’t even been made yet. The manager confirmed that my order was placed 30 minutes prior, yet no apology or compensation was offered for the wait. Instead, I stood there for another 10 minutes while they prepared my food. Completely unacceptable.
Second Experience: I decided to dine in this time, hoping for a better experience—big mistake. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, my order sat unattended for 45 minutes. No one brought the food to our table, and there were no employees in sight when I went to the counter. Several workers walked by and ignored us until we finally had to raise our voices to get someone’s attention. When we were finally acknowledged, the employee admitted they hadn’t even started making our food yet.
When the food finally arrived, it was cold and tasted awful—by far the worst food I’ve ever had. To make things worse, we had ordered a smoothie, only to be told after waiting forever that their smoothie machine was broken. No one offered a refund until I had to track down the manager myself.
After this kind of experience, I should’ve been compensated—not just for the disgusting food, but also for the terrible service and complete lack of professionalism from the staff. To top it all off, I actually saw multiple health violations happening in the back. This wasn’t just bad service—it was outright unsanitary and dangerous.
This location is a disgrace. The staff is rude and incompetent, the service is appallingly slow, and the food is terrible. Avoid this place at all costs.

Read moreI hate to pile on with another bad review, but this restaurant just doesn't measure up even to McDonald's generally declining standards. There's never anyone minding the front counter. You can order at the kiosk but you might or might not be able to pay at the kiosk. It randomly sends customers to the counter to pay. But, since there's never anyone working at counter, you might as well just leave right then and forget it. If you get lucky enough to process your entire order at the kiosk it'll likely be around 20-30 minutes before you see any food.
Or, you might wait 15-20 minutes only to have an employee come to your table and let you know they don't have what they need to make what you ordered. In my most recent case, they were out of McRib buns. I'm not quite sure how that happens since those particular buns aren't used to make anything else on the McDonald's menu. Seems like each location would get pretty much the same number of McRib buns as McRib patties and maybe a few extra in case one gets dropped on the floor or something. Logistics used to be McDonald's strong suit; this kind of thing was the entire basis of their business model. Not anymore, apparently.
On the off chance that you actually get food at this location before it's time for your next meal, it's generally pretty good - hot, fresh, etc. Oddly, despite everything they get wrong at this location, they've always gotten our order right. Unfortunately, the odds that we get what we came for are just too long.
I'm not crazy about the pseudo-Banksy wall decor, either. Makes it feel like you're eating in an alley behind a commercial building.

We've eaten here several times the service has ALWAYS been slow every time, but this last experience takes the cake! I placed an order on the app for a curbside pickup, as I had my 2 toddlers and my dogs in the back of the truck and couldn't go inside..I checked in at 11:57am and the app said my food would be out in 2-5 mins...12 minutes go by and my app then says my food has been delivered to me...I wait another few minutes to see if maybe they would head out with it ..by this time I had been there almost 20 minutes already and tried calling SEVERAL times with no answer. I decided to go to the order screen in the drive thru and let them know my issue to see if maybe I could get them to bring it out..I was told to drive around to the second pickup window and then sat there over another 10 minutes and no one ever came to bring my food. I finally had to get out and walk over to the first pickup window where the lady was handing out orders and ask what the heck was going on, darn near in tears at this point because I was so frustrated..they then attempt to hand me watered down drinks and cold food that had been sitting over 30 minutes because they "couldn't find me" the manager ended up coming over and making me a new order but it total I was there almost 40 minutes for a pickup order! Had I not ordered online and already paid i would have left! RIDICULOUS treatment and service, I have never been so aggravated leaving a restaurant or fast food...
