Ok, let me preface this with saying I know this is a very busy store.
That said, the service is terrible. I live in Waterford Trails about 2 minutes away so I've been here several times over the past couple of years. They have this habit of sending cars to the parking lot after giving half an order. You may get your food or drink first. About HALF A DOZEN times! Yes HALF A DOZEN! (I'm a glutton for punishment) this has happened to me. No big deal right? Well it is when they forget about you or when they give you the wrong items time and again.
You go in and they apologize profusely etc. and even will sometimes offer you free donuts. But the thing is, I just want the food I paid for and quickly. That's why I'm going through drive thru in the first place. Apparently they are so obsessed with having good drive thru times (completing orders against a clock to remain timely) that they are playing this game. No point in having a good time if you get the order wrong or forget about the customer.
I was in their about 6-630am this morning. I ordered a sesame seed bagel, extra cream cheese, a drink, and a side of hashbrowns. Drink was ready on the spot! But here we go...."please pull up to a parking space." Now keep this in mind....I AM THE ONLY CUSTOMER. After almost ten minutes, I go in and had remind them about my food, just like the previous times. I get to the car open my stuff.....only a bagel...with no extra cream cheese and no hashbrowns. I didn't even bother going in I was so upset.
PLEASE STOP DOING THIS. A friend of mine worked here for awhile and they apparently have employees giving positive reviews for what reason I have no clue...maybe because this is a normal thing at...

How can we get the owner to be held accountable. My hot lattes are always cold and they never put sugar or ask. Only reason I go here because of location and seems like many in Avalon as well. The moment we get a decent coffee shop that is not DD or Starbucks thatās close to the 408 this place will be doomed. No sense of urgency and accuracy in the mornings. The regional manager should come by unannounced and do a few tours so she/he can see what Iām talking about....I gave it 2 stars because of the location and thatās it. That gave it an extra star. Stop serving ācoldā hot coffee. If the coffee is sitting there waiting to be handed out redo it. Quality over Quantity. Also they stopped allowing us to choose our own doughnuts through the app. All we get is whatever they choose for us when picking a dozen donuts. Why would I want an employee pick my donuts? What they like is not what I like. They are for me. Please bring back that option. I donāt need a picture just drive by and you will see what Iām talking about. I have been in Avalon 8 years and I usually give a business a chance but itās definitely time for me to be heard. Itās actually way overdue. Ask the person to please repeat the order he sucked his teeth and proceeded to tell me the order. Received the order and there was no caramel drizzle girl at window added the caramel took the coffee only to realize as I was driving there was no ice. I vowed never to go there. Today I went there n advised the cashier as to what transpired. I asked to speak to the manager she stated the manager was not there. I asked her to comp coffee she wanted to confirm n then said no. I asked her for the managers phone # and lo and behold he appeared. Very condescending threw me for a loop and asked why would the person not put ice in an iced coffee. Wow how can I respond to that why did I not come back if there was no ice. I come to get an order that was ordered exactly the way I ordered it. Then I have to be at my place of employment. I left n cursed him out. Iāve lived in Avalon park for 11 years n since the customer service has declined. Especially for a manager not to attempt to make it right. My business is done and I will make sure to advise ppl of this service. Training would be suggested. Leaders lead and this manager has certainly set an example to...
