The girl at the window asked for my order and I asked for a banana split and she even asked me what flavors for the banana split and when they gave it to me she just handed me the thing with my other order and closed the window when I noticed it wasn’t what I asked for I knocked on the little window and the other server that was there just ignored me so I go to the ordering window and I explain that this is not what I asked for and I explained that I would have not ask for a gansito split because I’m allergic to gansitos the lady was like let me ask the girl and the girl still insisted that I order a gansito split even tho she even asked me what flavors I want to for the banana split told me they couldn’t change it nor could I get the money back the lady was already in a rude mood and the 3 girl in there ignored me and the lady that did help just didn’t have a solution maybe better management should be provided because again why would I order something I’m allergic to which I explained to them and they had no solution .. and I didn’t even drive off the parking lot with the food I was waiting for them at the window but like I mentioned the girl just ignored me didn’t even call for...

I bought 3 things. 2 of the 3 were absolutely horrible. The fresas con crema was just whipped cream with food coloring. The Rusa wasn’t even squirt coke, it was just juice with a tinge of Tajin.

The only thing that was okay was the little bag of Cheetos and elote we bought.

For all 3 it was 21$

Don’t waste your money and time at this place. I called to talk to someone in charge and the ladies just said there was no manager and they didn’t know when a manager would come in...

They are so rude If you ask for something one way they get upset about it...got charge 1.50 for a sprinkle of coco rallado on a D-light Raspa...the raspa I have gotten for over 7 years now and it would always come included now charging 1.50 for it ridiculous..and they forgot to give me a spoon and when I asked for it the lady got mad and gave it to me with attitude very bad service! muy rico pero von ese servicio ni...
