I’ll start by saying most experiences I have had here have been exceptional. This review pertains to this one experience today 3/25/25 12:45pm and is intended so that it may be corrected. Just stopped for a coffee and ordered a 20oz sugar free white mocha with less mocha powder than would normally be used for this beverage so that it would taste more on the coffee side rather than a sugary white mocha. I paid and left. Tried the drink after I left (my mistake) not a hint of coffee taste in this beverage. Doesn’t exist. Went back to the coffee shop, ordered another of the same and told her I’d pay for the second coffee as well but this time I would like either less powder or an extra shot or both so that it would taste like coffee.
