If I were in the lower 48, I would rate this a 3. But in the middle of the woods, hours from the nearest supplies, and cooked in the confined quarters of a food truck, I give it a 5. So I’ll spilt the difference with a rating of four. The green curry was good and it came with rice. The sign says food is not spicy unless requested, but this was spicy. I was pleased because I had forgotten to ask for a little spice, but others might find it too much. Shrimp Pad Thai had 5 nice, large shrimp in it and was good. Nime Chow (fresh spring rolls) was lacking a bit. They have coffees and teas, but if you want soda or something else to drink, you can get it at the camp store across the parking lot.
