Denali Thai Food — Restaurant in Alaska

If I were in the lower 48, I would rate this a 3. But in the middle of the woods, hours from the nearest supplies, and cooked in the confined quarters of a food truck, I give it a 5. So I’ll spilt the difference with a rating of four. The green curry was good and it came with rice. The sign says food is not spicy unless requested, but this was spicy. I was pleased because I had forgotten to ask for a little spice, but others might find it too much. Shrimp Pad Thai had 5 nice, large shrimp in it and was good. Nime Chow (fresh spring rolls) was lacking a bit. They have coffees and teas, but if you want soda or something else to drink, you can get it at the camp store across the parking lot. Where else do you get Thai food in the fresh air with a Mountain View and a three hour drive to decent supplies/groceries? Denali! I would go again! not sure why this is so highly rated (It's closer to 2.5 stars), we were excited to have different flavors on our trip. and thai food at Denali village! Ordered several pad thai and fried rice. The food was pretty bland all around. So level set your expectations. On the good side, they were quite busy and they were cranking out the food.

Also noticed that several people commented on portion size and price. Alaska is expensive and Denali is far from central supply chain. So it's comparable to food in Alaska in general. Issue is...
