The location still serves convenient Turnagain Arm views. The restaurant was understaffed, so the wait was longer. Started with the cevechie - flavorful, if a little juicy. The fish tacos were ok. The Ceasar salad was as expected. Ordered both the ala carte salmon and a salmon burger. The ala carte was a decent 8 oz or so filet. The salmon burger was - spoiler alert!- NOT a burger ( which it says in the small print, so bring your reading glasses.) It should accurately be called a sandwich since its a filet on a bun. Mine was maybe 2 ozs ( the meat on a sandwich should be at least the size of the bun - they corrected this). If youre going not going to actually make salmon burgers then you should call it what it is - and it really doesn't make sense to overwhelm a fresh salmon filet with bread. The salmon was cooked a tad longer than the optimal just opaque for fresh salmon. Stopped for the location, would have gotten better food in Anchortown or Girdwood. Rating: satisfactory- could use...

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful restaurant. Stopped here on a perfect fall evening and the view from the restaurant was unbeatable. The atmosphere of the restaurant is so welcoming and decorated nicely. We were greeted with such kindness from the staff. Our waiter was so helpful, and always made sure we were taken care of. He also helped get a photo of us on our date night. He told us about the special, it was a creamy rigatoni pasta with either Salmon or Halibut. I opted for the special and it was incredible!! The mix of cream with freshly cooked vegetables and topped with halibut was truly one of the best meals I have had in Alaska. My husband got the Fish and chips and loved his meal. The fish was fried perfectly with a crispy outside, it was so fresh too! The tartar sauce had more of a mustard flavor than dill and we really loved that combination. We highly recommend this place!! Between the view, the friendly staff, and the incredibly fresh food we will be back over...

If you are near or even hundreds of miles away from this restaurant, you must try it! The seafood was incredibly fresh, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was friendly and attentive. A must-visit whether you’re a visitor or a local.

The halibut fish and chips were perfectly breaded and the tartar sauce on the side was seriously addictive. The halibut ceviche was terrific; the halibut was so fresh and the tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños made it the perfect ceviche.

The standout was the fisherman bowl with blackened halibut. The fish was seasoned so well, the Brussel sprouts were extraordinary, and the rice was somehow show-stopping in a dish filled with show-stoppers.

The salmon burger, fish tacos, and fried halibut burger were all delicious in their own right. Though that’s all we had the chance to try, I am confident there is no wrong choice on the menu.

Will definitely be returning here the next chance we get… maybe...

A bit pricey for what we ate... ordered fish tacos and was excited because the menu said picked red onions. I mentioned to the waiter that I was excited to try them as I live pickled red onions... there were no onions of any kind on the taco.... some shredded red cabbage that was trying to masquerade as red onions? Very disappointed.... thought the could redeem it with the blueberry dessert but the topping was just the wrong texture and I didn't enjoy it. Not worth the drive we took to get there. Wait staff wasn't all that personable but wasn't unattentive... just felt a little like they didn't want to be there.
