I had two separate orders, but one of the orders had a mobile coupon, which I explained to the cashier. I had my code ready and she placed me on hold to sign in. The coupon code had a 15min timer and after 5-6mins waiting for the cashier to return and viewing two cars after me pull forward I blew my horn to receive assistance. The cashier eventually returned still dumbfounded and now I was waiting on a manager, Laura to ring the code for this transaction. This was by far the worst experience I've had at BK and the cashier at the second window was very unprofessional and handled the issue in a poor manner, which lacked good customer service and people skills. She did apologize for the inconvenience of the order taking and yes I was provided with a courtesy unsweetened tea, which I truly appreciated. Things went wrong, when the same cashier got upset that I complained about neither of my receipts were inside the bag. The receipts were crumpled up and toss to the side inside BK (smh...how strange). I wanted my receipts to complete the survey on the poor customer service and to have as confirmation if my food wasn't accurate. The African American obese cashier with the long braids called me out my name and I was looking at her wondering if she'd looked in a mirror at her own self. I probably won't be back to this particular location for a while. I once considered this BK location to be very prestigious with a great staff, but not anymore. I'll go to the Dawson Rd location or even downtown when I'm in that area. The manager on duty Laura did attempt to resolve the issue and smooth things over, but I was extremely upset with the entire experience. She maintained her composure throughout and kudos to Laura for leading by example. Also, the second cashier in the drivethru window named Chevy was polite as well. He used humor to calm me down, but I wasn't a happy camper. Sadly, this BK location has both good and bad staff members, so despite being overall highly dissatisfied with this experience today I gave them a rating of 2 stars for Laura and Chevy, along with the taste of my burger as a sort of saving grace. I'd originally given a 1 star, but added an additional star on their efforts. BK please retrain your staff and seek out more reliable staff members to successfully cover the required shifts. I pull up to window and a BUS pulled around and parked near my right side and 4 teens was trying to order at the drive through… i could see in my mirror that they was not going to wait on them because they was not in a vehicle… I ask the girl - yall want feed these kids . And you see there in a bus .. she said no !!
I called for the 4 kids to come to me .. I told them to get in my truck / we gonna make this happen… 🚜💨.
We pulled up to drive through and the kid said we have 4 orders .. the girl said we can only do 2 .. I then said ok we gonna do 2 … then 2 more .. she said ok .. (( dummy )) !!
Got all orders done pulled around to get food .. it took a while .. so in the time I had done drinked all my coke .. befor I pulled away . I ask could she refill my drink? She said NO .. I would have to pull around again .. 😡😡.
People it is not true .. you can not get it your way at Burger King !!!!!
Them kids whooped Terrell academy school tonight .. that was the least I could do for them … I got home and looked in my cup holder and he left a $9.00 dollar tip … they did not have to do that ..

Read moreORDER #501 DRIVE THRU 2 WHOPPER MEALS I picked up my sandwich that first felt cold. I pinched the meat, it was barely warm. Cold bun. I got into, it was cold. Meat should have been hot, would have nice to i have gotten nice heated bun. My husband handed me his. It was the same except the cheese was melted around the edges of his meat that barely warm every where but edges. Cold bun just like mine. This meat has been sitting a few minutes and allowed to get to room temp. The French fries were same. Hard and just barely warm. What a huge disappointment!!!! I had not ate at a Burger King in over 10 years. Will never eat there again. Why do they pass off food that has been sitting to folks in the drive thru window??? Other fast food places do that too. They are not the first to do this to us. They must think drive off customers are a good way to get rid of their waste that should be thrown out. Don't give us customers what is not up to minimum standards that we expect. A hot sandwich and hot French fries is not too much to ask. We gave you real money. I'm not taking the chances of getting food poisoning by eating food that's been sitting out and is not good and hot. We wrapped this crap up, put back in the bag and threw it away. SO VERY...
