All American Fun Park — Attraction in Albany

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is horrible. We were there for a family members 2nd birthday. The hostess doing the birthday party was horrible. For the first 30 minutes there, we were just left in the room. The tablecloths were from a previous party. They were ripped. The chairs had cake left in them from previous birthday party. We received 2 pitchers of sprite and 1 pitcher of Pepsi when it was supposed to be unlimited drinks for an hour. We were given 1 cheese pizza and 1 pepperoni pizza. We ordered 2 additional pizzas, 1 cheese, and 1 pepperoni. On the bill, there was an extra charge for the pepperoni on both pizzas. Then, when it was time to do activities, the hostess said the birthday child wouldn't be permitted to do any of the activities there because he was 36 inches tall. He had to be over 36 inches when the sign states otherwise. To compensate him not being permitted to do any activities, he was given a $20 card to play games only. Others received $5.00 cards. There are only a few games a 2 year old could really play without help. We decided to bowl. We were told there were no lanes open, but then people came in after us, and they let them have lanes to bowl. Finally, we got 2 lanes for the birthday party, and the bowling lane continuously had to be reset because it was freezing up on us. In the end, the bill was $279.00 to play a few games. There were only 10 people. All of these did not receive a $5.00 card because the hostess wanted to charge for extra people when there were no extra people to charge for. The hostess asked for a tip, and when she was told no, she proceeded to ask a 12 year old girl if she was pregnant, which was extremely inappropriate. I want to also add that upon us arriving at this place, we were chocked out by the people sitting in their car smoking Marijuana. There was a police officer standing outside by his car doing absolutely nothing about the Marijuana smoking in parking lot. Then the roller coaster ride couldn't be used because our whole entire time there, there was 3 teenagers sitting in it hanging out. They wasn't utilizing it and wouldn't get out so others could experience it. Nothing was done about that either when we said something to the employee about it. This place is horrible and we'll never be patronizing this business again. Total...

ATTENTION ALL SERIOUS VIEWERS " ONLY" if your looking for a FUN PARK please allow me to reiterate that with EMPHASIS a "FUN PARK" meaning: NOT to be confused or paralled to a "THEME PARK," for the order of operarion is ENTIRELY different & so your expectation should differ when it comes to meeting ALL of your accommodations. That being said this "FUN PARK," is ABSOLUTELY 100% FAMILY ORIENTED However with all do respect I'd like for you to get a visual concept in understanding that with all of the activities that are available that this company SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED 4 OUR PLEASURE the square footage to this establishment is ENORMOUS. To accommodate the flow of the business they have adequate staffing to assist, however NOOOOO "FUN PARK" can predict or keep up with traffic overflow & when this happens you see the staff go into overdrive in trying to fulfill everyone's requests to the best of there ability....And my hat goes off to Ms. Destiny & the entire staff that worked 10/08/2022 in order to make my nephew Birthday Party a success on a SATURDAY afternoon. Dearly NOTE: I reside 20 minutes from Urban Air & FUN Station in Tallahassee FL yet ALL AMERICAN FUN PARK tops them because it's more diverse by including something for EVERY age range. When you can level the playing field of seeing toddler's playing, little kids running, pre-teens, teens, adults & the young at heart in the same building yet spaced out & ENJOYING themselves understand there is no comparison only...

NOT A FAMILY ESTABLISHMENT. I came here from FL to bring my nephew and son to do arcade games and ride go - karts. And we were pushed back twice in the go kart line so we could ride together. Then when it’s time for us to go, they say that our party can’t go together AT ALL. Because one is a rookie cart and a double. But the carts RUN AT THE SAME TIME. The party in front of us went together. Do not come here expecting to ride go karts together as a party. The rule is NOT POSTED. They lie and go with what they feel is right. I couldn’t take my two kids on the ride and they had to ride separate. But if they were in different parties.. they could’ve rode together. Something very fishy here. Everything else was fine until this and absolutely no understanding or accomation from management. We drove since 6 am to be here in Albany with family just to be wait for 30+ min and be told we can’t ride together even though they have 10 go karts. I’m sorry but something about this place and The whole town of Albany screams “RACIST”. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone again because of the misunderstanding and treatment. They are not personable or accommodating when it comes to situations like this. Go to “the cool place” or another arcade outside of Albany. Don’t waste your time here because your kids can’t even do activities together!!! 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 not worth the frustration and doesn’t care about the kids. How are you a kid place? Avoid...
