Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Albany

Ordered the 2 pasta & cheese-sticks deal for $13.99, and an order of mozzarella sticks. Went to pick up our order, it was ready (awesome)! Before driving away, double checked that everything was correct. Surprise, surprise- instead of cheese sticks, there awaited regular breadsticks. Okay, that’s annoying but no big deal, we’ll drive around and let the staff know. They offered to make the cheese sticks after pondering what order we had and what happened for 3 1/2 mins (as I’m showing the receipt on my phone for my online order, and what’s in our box). Decided to snack on a mozz stick while we waited (terrible decision, 0/10 would NOT recommend ordering these). Threw the box away as soon as we made it home! Finally get our cheese-sticks and head home. Honestly have to say, the worst chicken Alfredo, cheese-sticks, and mozzarella-sticks my fiancé and I have EVER ordered. Terrible quality. Well. For starters, if you call and order and it sends you to a random place that isnt the store, then it is most likely the result of them turning the phones off. If they dont wanna take anymore orders, they turn the phone off. Same with online orders, if your online orders dont go through/deliveries wont go through then that could also be the result of them turning online orders/delivers off. A lot of times, pizzas get stuck to pans and the bottom is not on the pizza. Happens too often. And they have about 3 specials there, which are cheaper at Domino’s. The only benefit is stuffed crust pizzas and better crust than dominos. Its just...

Ordered delivery today at the pizza hut website at 6pm, was told it would arrive by 6:34. Kept checking the status until 6:45 because it hadn't arrived yet only to get a text from doordash at 7:13 saying the pizza would arrive at 6:43? Clicked the doordash link only to be told the order was canceled at 7:20. Drive to the store and get there for 7:30 only to find that it was closed and locked up despite the closing hours being 8pm. Don't know yet if I'll automatically get my money back. Overall an extremely frustrating situation that made no damn sense and it's not the first time this store has done...
