Subway — Restaurant in Albany

This was the best Subway in the country over a year ago. Now it's the worst one in the country. Understaffed, always out of something. Good luck if you get there and you aren't the only person in the place, because if not, you'll never get waited on. Employees are brain dead and slower than a turtle walkin' through peanut butter!!! One guy cut himself in the back washing dishes or something, the other goes back to help him get into the first aid kit and they were both too high or brain dead to accomplish getting the guy a simple bandaid. Employee making your sub is always "new" so they never know how to make it. Please whoever owns this place, just give up and let another restaurant move in that actually cares!!!! I vote for...

Just went through the drive thru and ordered four 12” subs. Two BBQ rib Subs, a pizza sauce only sub and a ham and cheese sub. I requested none toasted but wanted the cheese melted on the meat. Got home with the subs and and then ribs are ice cold. The pizza sauce is ice cold. We take the subs back to subway and are informed well some people order them that way. Well that’s not how we ordered them. So get home with the subs a second time for them to be just as cold. This is ridiculous. We through the food in the trash. This is one of the few restaurants in Avant and I wouldn’t recommend...

I'm going to be generous in giving Subway 4 stars because it serves the purpose of providing subs in areas that don't have other options. On my list of go to sub places they are at the bottom, but they are everywhere (very oversaturated actually, probably to the point of preventing other sub places from opening) which is convenient, and you have a good idea of what you are going to get regardless of what store you are at (fast food).
