If i could give this place a zero I would, I received the worst customer service I have my entire life. We went through their drive through and ordered two meals. One of the meals was incorrect it was a completely different meal than what we ordered. So we went back through and explained it. So they gave us the new meal and it was freezing cold not to mention that it was chicken. So we went through one more time and they told us to pull forward and it was be a five minute wait for fresh chicken. Ten minutes later they finally brought out our food and there was no cookie with it. Keep in mind that the two meals prior we returned the whole box. Chicken, fries AND the cookie. Instead of going through the drive through again I went in so I could personally explain what happened. I don’t know her name but she had a pink head band on, immediately she was rude and defensive. I told her there’s no reason to be rude to me when i was being respectful. She started yelling and saying that she already gave us two cookies through the bags in the window. I explained to her that yes we did get two cookies because one comes with each of the meals. However, we returned the whole bag of the meal they messed up twice including the cookie. So when we got the third bag and they gave us no cookie. We only had the one from the other meal. She yelled at me as she threw the cookie into the bag saying that their cookies are always cold and that this was the last time she would be doing this. I told her that maybe instead she should just have better customer service and not mess up our order so many times. I understand that in fast food mistakes happen in fact it happens all the time at McDonalds but they are always nice and respectful and do what they can to make it up to you. That was not the response i got today at Hardee’s. Even her coworker next to her tried to calm her down but she wouldn’t stop yelling me. Read moreWhen I visited it was the morning and I got breakfast. The lady at the counter was extremely helpful, However the friar was not working! I jokingly asked if they were going to get it fixed and the lady working the drive-through, was extremely RUDE!!! And she said "Well we don't know how to fix it!" Obviously I didn't mean that, I just meant sometimes when you call repair places they aren't able to get to you immediately! And I was a manager at a Hardee's and I did not envy these women who would have to work over a lunch period and have to tell people that they could not have French fries or curly fries!LOL 😆 I don't know if she was just stressing out or what, but I didn't say anything! Then the woman at the counter went to the back to help the cook, because orders were backing up. So the drive-through lady bagged up my food to go, and when she handed me the bag I looked to see if there were napkins in it and I heard her say "You don't need to look to see if it's your food, I know what I put in there!" I just put my napkins in and walked out, However corporate WILL be hearing from me!!! That kind of attitude is not necessary in the customer service...
Read moreWhat you'd essentially expect from Hardee's. Their menu changed a touch recently so, stopped in for a bite. Was surprised that their staff and atmosphere are the same (slowish, no real intention behind getting food out) but the food was a winner.
I should mention that the drive thru experience versus indoor experience is miles apart as far as how they treat you. (Went through the drive thru for part of the order, and inside for the rest, which I'm sure they thought was odd.) They weren't busy, but the inside service took about three times as long for nearly the same order (a meal, side and drink). It all tasted great, but the time it took to acquire it was seriously impacted being inside.
Not sure what is contributing to people being three times as patient if they come inside versus in a running vehicle, but it could be...
