I would of given them 2 stars but her sauce was amazing (I even bought a giant bottle of it to bring home). So the brisket was I don't know how many days old and was super sad how much I paid for a dried reheated brisket. The fat cap was not able to be pulled off. This shows the meat was cooked to quickly at too hot of a temp. The brisket had good seasoning and her fries are good. So I would say maybe get some fries and some sauce.

This food truck taste like its been transported straight from our favorite Texas BBQ!! My Texan kids were so excited when we got out of the car and it smelled like Texas. We love that their menu sells family style by the pound so we can all share. The brisket was moist and not dried out and the ribs were fall off the bone delicious as was the sausage, beans, and potatoes!

Stopped here on a bicycle trip from SLC to the Pacific Northwest while riding through Idaho. The food is fantastic and the people who work here are super friendly. Highly recommended, go out if your way to stop here.

You've heard the phrase, "diamond in the rough"? Well Piggy Sue is a stellar example of a great eatery in an unexpected location.

We got there just before noon, were 2nd in line to order. Rustic outdoor picnic seating with tree-shaded areas and big umbrellas on tables. Their combinations include brisket, sausage, pulled pork and ribs. The side dishes include potato salad, cowboy beans and cole slaw. Standard soft drinks, bottled water available.

My brisket was awesome, good and meaty with a nice fatty end for 'gotta have some' flavor. Cole slaw and beans were also great.

Albion is its own destination. Piggy Sue's makes lunch an added benefit. Burgers and dogs...

It's about 12 miles out of the way if you're traveling on I-84, and it is absolutely worth it. Albion is a cute little "ghost" town in the middle of nowhere, Some of the best BBQ I've ever had in my life. The hog sauce goes great on any meat or fries. The BBQ sauce and meats have the perfect amount of smokiness in their flavor, and the devil's spit sauce has great flavor with a kick that is perfect for the flavor but not at all overwhelming. They have a very unique and broad menu, and I can't wait to come again and try their burgers. I will probably make it a point to stop here every time I'm passing through during open hours...

Good mild sausage, flavorful brisket, it had the yummy "black ring" of awesomeness, (reminds me of TX bbq), fresh healthy coleslaw, pulled pork was a bit dry, -but- tasty, (probably rocks when freshly cooked). Cowboy beans a lil spicy I really loved them, hubby not so much. They have 1 mild & good bbq sauce, crispy tots, fries were eh, they were outta ribs : ( boo hoo... Wonderful staff@food truck w/cute grounds, good 4 kids of all ages to play outdoors! They have burgers. Apple crisp w/homemade ice cream truly delightful! Had to wrestle my hubby from running back to order another 1, even our son liked it. We all left...
