They messed Up my order, for the 6th time. The difference this time is that the didn't give me my whole order. The biggest issue with this is I don't make much money, I have 6 my kids, and I took an Lyft ride to get there. I spoke to the manager and asked her to refund the amount to my card. She refused and told me that I had 14 days to go claim the food. It would cost me more for the ride to get the food than the food is worth. I told this manager all about this issue and you would think that she would be a little understanding. Theres no way for me to go get the food. I have no car. And a ride cost more than what they forgot to put in the bag as I was leaving. I was cheated out of what I paid for, now they want me to pay more for their mess up! I don't have the luxury of calling Lyft or uber to go get the rest of what I already paid for. To top off the cake this lady had a serious attitude. I never raised my voice I was nice to her. She asked as if I was trying to steal her boyfriend or something. I'm so up set by the things that manager said to me and how she handled my situation. People could learn to be a little more polite. Empathetic even. I mean it would not have killed her to refund the missing food. Or ever if she just did exactly the same thing with a better attitude. To each their own, I suppose... but I am not happy with this location. Everyone that I have encountered there always seems to have some kind of a problem with the way the talk to customers and handle simple things. Read moreI am unsure if there is ever a manager at either locations (the location in Albuquerque and the one located in Rio Rancho) because the service unprofessional more times then not. I tried placing and order over the phone and the employees don’t answer. I even arrived at the location stood in front of the cashier waiting to order while I was calling them and no one answered, tried to answer or even turned the volume up on the phone. When I asked her if they no longer take orders over the phone she claimed they did and walked away stating “she would be back”. I understand after Covid the quality in service in a lot of industries have gone down, but if you dislike your job this much to not want to deliver the full service and have an attitude, by all means no one is forcing anyone to have/keep their jobs. This has happened to me more then once at this location. I have decided to no longer give my service to Bobs Burgers anymore because of it. Read moreI really enjoy the food, I have been frequenting the restaurant for over 20yrs but it seems to be a problem with my order every time these days. So when I arrive my order hasn't even been started. The ticket is still on the printer. Then I wait and wait, so I and ask about it and they get it from the holding area knowing I am there waiting. Then I get home and my footlong chile cheese dog has no cheese. Then the Patty Melt has no chili. I check my online receipt thinking maybe I missed something, Nope I didn't clearly a mistake on their part. I ordered 3 item and 2 were wrong this is very disappointing. Then I try and call and no answer. So I call again today Sunday at 11:44 am and still no answer. This exact scenario happened in the past and then when I do get in touch with them they say why did you wait so long. I don't have time to drive back and forth to your restaurant for every issue.
